Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my XXXX XXXX. I have been patiently waiting on their response about the written requests I sent. However, any modes of response or coordination were not taken on their end. They have not complied with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC Sections 1681i within the time allowed by law and continued reporting as unverified information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes.

Consumer Complaint: I received a phone call from the debt collector and immediately requested validation of debt in writing, clarifying a letter as they stated they can not send it via email. I never received any letter validating the debt after providing my new address. They did send an email, but on the call we agreed the communication would be via letter. I had a lawyer on retainer and was prepared to dispute the claimed debt once received.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021, Certified Mail Package ending in XXXX was sent to NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS regarding the account reported on my consumer credit report, for the amount of {$1800.00}. There has been no official rebuttal to my Affidavit of Truth, this company remains in violation of laws that govern US commerce. This company reported the account as closed on XX/XX/2021 to XXXX, updated the balance only, still inaccurately reporting this account on XX/XX/2021 to XXXX. The failure to comply with law pertaining to consumer credit has caused me and my dependents great harm. This account remains unverified and should be deleted immediately from all consumer credit reports.

Consumer Complaint: My apartment lease expired and I was on a month to month rental at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL . I was informed to give a two week notice before end of month of vacating on XX/XX/2021. I gave a formal notice on the weekend XXXX weeks before the end of the month. However, the office closed early on Saturday, XX/XX/2021. Therefore, I hand carried and delivered the written notice on Monday, XX/XX/2021 to the assistant manager and she acknowledged receipt. Three days later I received an email stating she made a mistake and required 15 days notice and requested I stay another month and pay the following months rent. I informed them my formal notice could not be changed. I gave a {$200.00} deposit and was informed {$53.00} was deducted for repairs leaving a balance of {$140.00} owed me. However, in addition they charged me {$630.00} for not giving proper notice and stating through a collection agency ( National Credit Systems , Inc. ) I owe an amount due of {$480.00}. I am disputing the notice charge and requesting my deposit balance of {$140.00}.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2017 I was XXXX and XXXX. I contacted the leasing office at my apartment and notified them that I was going to be incarcerated. We made a verbal agreement that they could keep my security deposit and lease my apartment. I was told 3 weeks later that there was a new tenant in my apartment. However nearly a year later the full balance of my lease agreement was reported to my credit report. I have disputed this many times to no avail. I believe this should be removed from my credit report because the company re leased my apartment within weeks of me vacating.
