Consumer Complaint: I called National Credit Systems on XX/XX/2021 to discuss a collection account on my credit for XXXX XXXX. After speaking with XXXX ( a Supervisor ), he stated he was not going to budge on the account and that he was working on behalf of the apartment complex. He stated he had no decision capability and that it was up to XXXX XXXX. So I called XXXX XXXX and spoke with XXXX on XX/XX/2021, the property manager, and she stated that there is no record of me, or of an outstanding balance. In the attached letter, you will see the property complex was sold, and along with any outstanding debts would have been included. Therefore, the collection account that is reported by National Credit Systems needs to be removed and all collection activity needs to cease as the letter from XXXX XXXX states I have no outstanding balance.

Consumer Complaint: I have reached out to the company in question on numerous occasions as well as the reporting credit agencies. I am a resident of Indiana being accused of accounts in Oklahoma. I have sent multiple methods of verification with no response. When I did finally speak with someone at the collection agency she was rude and unwilling to resolve my issue and treated it as a personal attack on her, when its my reputation on the line.

Consumer Complaint: This debt is from XXXX XXXX. I was signed on a lease mid XXXX. And signed off by all appropriate parties on XX/XX/16. I did attach documents of proof on a dispute. Ive also disputed this through XXXX and XXXX. Both have deleted the debt from my credit. XXXX seems to want to hold this on my credit even though the documents prove this debt is invalid and is hold me back from getting into a home. Im close to being homeless because this fake and invalid debt is not being removed after several attempts and showing proof. Im going to get an attorney involved if this doesnt get removed and deleted ASAP.

Consumer Complaint: I became aware of this debt when attempting to apply for an apartment and was denied due to this debt because it shows bad rental history. I have disputed with XXXX numerous times ; XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. I sent an affidavit to the company ; National Credit Systems and have not heard back to them in regards to the account being removed from my credit. It is joint debt and I do not know the other 2 people on the account ; we do share the same last name. The creditor would not send me the apartment application or ID submitted so that I could let them know it is not my signature or ID provided. This collection is hindering my ability to get housing. I did not reside in these apartments. I do not even live in the state these apartments are located. I did go to school in XXXX XXXX from XXXX but I reside in student apartments called XXXX XXXX XXXX. Then I moved back home with my parents after XXXX in XXXX, XXXX after accepting a job as a XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I worked 3 years XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed the credit card expenditure I made for XXXX XXXX XXXX run by XXXX real estate ( Property Payment Rent on the credit card statement ) in XXXX due to the promise they could not keep about the service I should have gotten. And, the company and I solved the dispute on XX/XX/2021. They refunded me {$300.00} and I had the bank release the payment of {$300.00} to them. We got even. I have gotten a call and letter later on from National Credit Systems ( a debt collector agency ) claiming that I have a {$300.00} debt to them. I have told them that I have already paid the debt to the company and I do not owe anything. I have also mailed them the letter I got from my bank about the resolution of the dispute and the automatic payment made to the company afterward. I kindly request your help to resolve this matter by canceling the debt I allegedly owed to the debt collector agency and have them revise its record. I have also requested the repair it has caused to my credit score. Thank you.

Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Consumer Complaint: I have been disputing an item on my credit report through XXXX since XXXX of XXXX regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX orignal credit, national credit systems that has been paid in full through employee garnishment Between XXXX and XX/XX/2018 from the joint applicant. I have submitted to the credit agency the payslip that reflects the proof of payment and they refuse to update with paid or removal from the report in which it has been removed from the joint parties report instantly. The original debt is erroneous due to me never being late on my rental obligation as reflected on the report, all of sudden the company was in the process of selling and refusing to fix water and gas problem when the issue was raised they then began to refuse my rents because they knew they sold the complex causing me to have the judgement because the judge refused to listen being a landlord state. The joint party moved to a state where garnishment isn't permitted and they still took the money. Which the judgement reflects XXXX and the reports is XXXX. I was the innocent consumer penalized as a result in a business deal with XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX deal left to face eviction because I only had a month to go on my lease and ended up having to pay for months I wasn't there as a result of the faulty judgement. This is how states and courts operate that aren't for the tenant, the judge refuses to hear the facts or the cause of the situation not why you didn't pay in this case XXXX XXXX the agent at the time refused the rents multiple times because he knew they were no longer responsible for the property leaving multiple tenants struggling.

Issue: Written notification about debt
Subissue: Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Consumer Complaint: I have been disputing this account for some time now with National Credit Systems. I sent an initial dispute letter asking for verification of this account because I am not familiar with this account. Are they legally able to collect on the debt? How did they calculate the amount they claim I owe? How do they know I am the owner of the debt? Im curious because I have never done business with them or the original creditor. My letter was delivered on XX/XX/XXXX, and here is the tracking number XXXX. I was under the impression that if they didn't respond it would automatically deleted from my credit reports. I am sure there is a law that proves it.
