Consumer Complaint: I moved out of XXXXXXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX my lease was broken early. I was contacted by XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX to advise an amount via email. I personally went to the office and met with XXXX the manager who acknowledged the termination fees were charged twice in the amount of {$3900.00} The fee in the lease shows two months rent. My rent was {$980.00} the fee was {$1900.00}. We agreed to settle for {$1500.00} for the mix up. They didnt give me enough time to pay the debt. I noticed it was sent to collections for {$5300.00}. I was contacted by XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX attempting to collect a debt. I was contacted again by XXXX XXXX representatives in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX of XXXX attempting to collect a debt. I filed a dispute with the credit bureaus as well as the debtor that the balance {$5300.00} was incorrect. I provided emails between XXXX and myself with the amount of {$3400.00}. I tried to settle the debt but at the correct amount of {$3400.00} not {$5300.00}. My credit report was updated XX/XX/XXXX. This has caused XXXX XXXX and XXXX as Im unable to refinance my home and my autoloan was given at a higher interest rate due to this inaccuracy.

Consumer Complaint: I have already provided photos and documents proving that I fulfilled a lease that I was taken to court for. The attorney on behalf of the company who sold the debt to the collection agency did not object to the eviction and the debt being dismissed with prejudice during the eviction hearing. Months after the hearing XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me all the documentation that I used to prove my case in court in the form of validating my debt for collection. I have tried numerous times to have this item removed from my credit report and also requested that if the company who originally reported the debt wanted to collect they should take me to court. No court action has occurred, as the previous case was dismissed with prejudice, however, the Collection agency continues to report negatively on my report. I gave notice of intent to vacate on XX/XX/2020. I turned in the key on the last day of my lease agreement on XX/XX/2020. A walk through was denied due to COVID, however, I took photos of the entire house prior to returning the key.

I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Subject to Subsection ( f ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( XXXX ), before the end of the XXXX period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. Therefore, my position is being clearly stated, these accounts do not belong to me, meaning that you are reporting inaccurate account information within my credit file. The fact that these are inaccurate account information means that you, this credit-reporting agency, are reporting incorrect accounts. 1. NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS & BAL. {$1900.00} I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you, the credit-reporting agency report accurate and/or correct account information within my credit file. My credit issues are very specific, these accounts and/or items do not belong to me. This means that you are reporting incorrect account information within my credit report. It is with this in mind that I request that these listed accounts and items be Blocked and Deleted. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA, Section 1681c ( 2 ) Block of information resulting from identity theft. 1. Block. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 NATIONAL CREDIT SYST was removed my credit report however, it was added back XX/XX/2021. In accordance with the requirements of the FCRA as shown below, I am hereby requesting your complete compliance with any and all of the provisions. Requirements relating to reinsertion of previously deleted material. Certification of accuracy of information. If any information is deleted from a consumer 's file pursuant to subparagraph ( A ), the information may not be reinserted in the file by the consumer reporting agency unless the person who furnishes the information certifies that the information is complete and accurate. Please furnish me with copies of any and all such certification. If any information that has been deleted from a consumer 's file pursuant to subparagraph ( A ) is reinserted in the file, the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than XXXX business days after the reinsertion or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency. I received no such notification, this is a serious violation of the FCRA, and I reserve the right to pursue further action. Additional information. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021, I called to dispute a debt from my old landlord asking for money to pay for move out fees. I disputed this debt with National Credit Systems Inc, and awaited a reply from them on it. I never received a reply. On XX/XX/2021, I called them to see what was going on and they said my old landlord responded on XX/XX/2021, that I owed 100 % of the debt in question. To my understanding, this is days past the 30 day deadline the company has to investigate a debt and report the findings to me. I believe my rights have been violated through a lack of communication about this debt and the investigative process, as I both never received a notice that the investigation was complete and it was completed past the deadline.
