Consumer Complaint: In XXXX I requested a copy of my LexisNexis report. When I received it, I noticed incorrect information and a telematics section. The telematics data on my report seemed to specifically track accelerations and breaks. This information was placed on my LexisNexis report creditors and insurance companies to access. There were also false reports of at fault accidents. I called Lexis Nexxus multiple times but could not reach anyone. I followed the instructions of their automated system and sent an email with my dispute, questions and concerns to XXXXXXXX The first communication was sent on XX/XX/XXXX to which I received no response. I sent a follow up email on XX/XX/XXXX. Again, no response. Another follow up email was sent on XX/XX/XXXX to which I received no response. Each time I called I was again directed to send an email via their automated system. When I finally reached someone in XXXX, she would not acknowledge my dispute, listen to my concerns or answer any questions. Her only response was " have you requested a new report ''? I need to know why this information was accessed without authorization, why it was on my credit report and have all disputes reported reviewed and resolved. I also need to know which companies accessed my information. I believe that I'm paying too much for insurance and that I've been denied coverage as a result of the information on my report. LexisNexis should be required to respond to my dispute and inquiry due to the impact their poor reporting.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for credit and I was denied Lexis Nexis consumer was one of the companies listed that creditors used for their decision. Therefore I requested a copy of my consumer file to review for negative information reported on file by Lexis Nexis. However, I see on my consumer disclosure file Lexis Nexis is still reporting several old insurance claims dated XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX that are past seven years old. Another claim listed on my report on XX/XX/XXXX, under my government name I never had or authorized my personal information for car insurance with that insurance company and had no afflation with the unknown driver listed with that insurance company reporting a claim on my file dated XX/XX/XXXX.

This is a violation of my rights has a consumer, so delete this immediately.

Consumer Complaint: Hi, I opted out of Nexis Lexis, Innovis, and ARS reporting because XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX keep inaccurately reporting that I have a bankruptcy on my credit report. This is causing me emotional distress and it is blocking me from getting funding for my business and finding housing. XXXX keeps saying that they verified the information, telling me that SOME SOURCE ( will not tell me who ) is still reporting that I have a bankruptcy even though I opted out of them and what they are reporting is not accurate. I have a letter from the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX that they do not release that information so there is no way for any reporting agency to verify this. In XX/XX/XXXX I requested to be opted out of Nexis Lexis, XXXX, and XXXX In XX/XX/XXXXXXXX I got a letter from the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX that they do not release this information ( therefor it is impossible to verify as accurate ) in addition to me requesting that Lexis Nexis not share my information. In XX/XX/XXXX I sent letters to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX to remove my bankruptcy since they can not verify it On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX revealed an investigation dispute that they verified a bankruptcy on my credit report as accurate, but they will not tell me who they got this information from and I opted out of all reporting agencies back in XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX, XXXX, XXXX My attorney and I spoke with Lexis Nexis regarding a bankruptcy that is on my account. We were told by the agent at lexis Nexis that the Colorado bankruptcy court reported to them that I filed bankruptcy. My attorney and I called the Colorado bankruptcy court, requested a copy of their reporting procedures in which they emailed it to us, we forwarded that to lexis Nexis immediately. Lexis Nexis said they would submit a dispute ; we were told to wait XXXX days for the results. I called back XX/XX/2023, and was told that they completed the request, nothing had changed so they said they would resubmit another dispute in which they did. I was told to call back on XX/XX/2023, and was told the request was completed, nothing had changed again but they would resubmit another dispute again in which they did. On XX/XX/2023, I spoke with lexis Nexis again, they told me to call back because the investigation was not complete so on XXXX my attorney typed up a letter for me to forward to them again. I sent the letter via certified mail in which lexis Nexis received it on XX/XX/2023, and the request for dispute was resubmitted that say, I was told to call back again so on XX/XX/2023, I called again, and one agent told me the bankruptcy was removed from my credit report however, I called back a little later to ask another question and was told that the bankruptcy was not removed. I asked that they confirm that they received the information we have been sending, they did confirm that they received the letter and would submit that letter, along with a copy of my ID, with the copy of the letter of reporting procedures from the Colorado Bankruptcy court was submitted along with a letter from my attorney. Per my attorney 's letter to lexis Nexis he clearly states that they are improperly reporting an alleged public record to the credit bureaus and is clearly not in compliance with recognized XXXX reporting standards and the XXXX as well as the FCRA regulations. I spoke with lexis Nexis today and they just keep asking me to resubmit another dispute. So, I am asking you to please help me with this so I can get this resolved.
