Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Public record information inaccurate
Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern : Approx. In XX/XX/2023, I sent a dispute requesting to remove bankruptcy from my report for inaccurate information. LexisNexis states that the U.S Bankruptcy Court reported to them that I have a bankruptcy and that it was accurate information. Therefore, they will not be able to remove this information. I have received a letter from the United States Bankruptcy Court stating that they DO NOT report any information to consumer agencies. This is a fraudulent act of using my information illegally and a right to consumer privacy. Please be so kind as to see 15 USC 1681a ( 4 ) and 15 USC 1681 I ( 7 ). Therefore, there is a willful non-compliance 15 USC 1681n with the consumer agencies XXXX and LexisNexis because there is a refusal to remove the inaccurate information from my account. Please see 18 USC 242. Secondly, LexisNexis is reporting personal auto policy information such as my driver 's information, address, car information, and family members without my knowledge. I am requesting that these consumer agencies delete the information in this complaint immediately from their reports. Thank you for your help in this matter. XXXX XXXX
