Consumer Complaint: I applied and was getting rental assistance from XXXX XXXX which they sent a link for XXXX to fill out. XXXX XXXX said he wasnt accepting it. Told me that if I give back possession of the property and return the keys before court date on XX/XX/XXXX, they were not filing eviction. I moved out on XX/XX/XXXX and my son dropped keys off before court date and time. I also emailed them to let them know to avoid the eviction filing. Company filed illegally regardless. I attached copy of the email they sent saying that statement.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed a social security number on my LexisNexis consumer report I did not recognize on XX/XX/2023. A LexisNexis customer service representative said the social security number should be removed from the report since I am a US citizen, and should only have one social security number. I received a copy of the dispute on XX/XX/2023, and the wrong social security number was still listed on my consumer credit report number XXXX ; case number XXXX. When the investigation was concluded the customer service representative could not explain why the wrong social security number was not removed from my credit report. She said to call back and that it would be re-disputed. The wrong social security number on my LexisNexis report ends in XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Refer to XXXX & XXXX. I've requested my LexisNexis both online and in the mail, making sure that I have provided all the identification information that they require to provide me with my profile. Once again, I got their canned letter saying that they could not properly identify me. I received an adverse letter based on my LexisNexis profile and, once again, completed the LexisNexis online ordering platform, which was the recommended way to order my profile and identify myself. Once again, I got their canned letter saying the same thing : I did not provide them with enough information to properly identify myself. I have provided LexisNexis my driver 's license, US passport, SSN card, utility bill, and a copy of my lease agreement, and yet Lexis Nexis still claims that it can not provide me with my copy of my profile, which I'm entitled to pursuant to the FCRA. XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX have no issues sending their profile to me on the first try.
