Consumer Complaint: AS A CONSUMER I AM SUBMITTING THIS REPORT TODAY, THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES VIOLATED 18 USC 1028A, WHICH PROHIBITS AGGRAVATED IDENTITY THEFT. THIS VIOLATION OCCURED WHEN THESE ENTITIES FURNISHED INFORMATION WITHOUT MY CONSENT, INCLUDING THE REPORTS. ADDITIONALLY, THEY HAVE CONTRAVENED 15 USC 1681b, which outlines the permissible purpose of consumer reports. Consumer Complaint: I changed car insurance companies and was informed of a claim on my insurance policy which I did not submit. I was informed by the company the claim was dropped ; however, when I transferred my car insurance to another carrier I was informed there was a claim on my car insurance dated XX/XX/23. I contacted Lexus Nexus and XXXX. XXXX stated it was filed in error and was unable to remove the claim from Nexus Lexus. Lexus Nexus placed a dispute with XXXX. The information is reported in error. I never gave XXXX permission to report any of my transactions to any third parties. XXXX never gave me the option to opt out of reporting to any third parties including consumer agencies. Your company is in clear violation of the law. Under 15 USC 1681b permissible purpose of consumer reports, THE LAW CLEARLY STATES : ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject to subjection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Did I give you written instructions to report this account on my credit report? No. Furthermore, the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT 15 USC 1681 ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) Exclusions from a consumer credit report clearly states : ( b ) EXCLUSIONS- Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ) the term, consumer report does not include- ( A ) Subject to section 1681s-3 of this title, any- ( i ) Report containing information solely to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ; Please delete the above late payments from my consumer report, this agency is in violation of USC 15 USC 1681. Consumer Complaint: To every account on any credit report and any debt collector ; This notice is addressing all Credit Reporting Agencies and third-party debt collectors who has participated in obtaining the personal information of XXXX XXXX XXXX The information that you have provided in which you reported verified the party 's ownership of debt is expected to be removed immediately. There was never at any point any consent given for the presence of any accounts pertaining to XXXX XXXX for information to be used such as name, address, consumer relationship, work history, reporting of transactions. In practicing these actions, you are infringing on the fair credit act. The FCRA protects the privacy of consumers data, according to 1681 c-2 it is classified as identity theft. There is no binding contractual agreement between XXXX XXXX, and any account of the busines ( XXXX ) reported on any of the credit bureau or third-party collection agencies credit reports. Therefore, XXXX XXXX never received any sort of check, loan, or monies of any nature from any account name on these reports. Due to bankruptcy clerk sent me a letter stating they dont report to the credit bureau nor agency. ( FCRA ) ( 15 U.S.C 1681 et seq ) I received a letter from LEXISNEXIS stating they deleted the bankruptcy but its not removed from my credit report. LEXISNEXIS stated they deleted it XXXX that it would be deleted from all credit reports.
