Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Public record information inaccurate
Consumer Complaint: I have contacted Lexis Nexis 3 times and asked them to mail me my Full Consumer Report with XXXX Report and I haven't received it. I contacted them on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, all 3 times I requested my Full Consumer Report with XXXX Report to be mailed to me because I received an adverse action letter from XXXX ( Ref XXXX XXXX ) and other insurers as well, stating that I didn't receive the best auto rate due to what's in my Lexis Nexis Report. On XXXX XXXX at XXXX I contacted them again because I still haven't received it, and was told that it was mailed out on XX/XX/XXXX and I should receive it by XX/XX/XXXX which I have not. Now, because I haven't received my Consumer Reports to review the information in it, I'm forced to renew my policy on XX/XX/XXXX with an extremely high auto rate for someone with a good credit score of XXXX & an XXXX score of XXXX. My auto insurance premium is about 2- 3 times the amount I believe it should be. There's no reason why I shouldn't have received my reports in time before my insurance premium was due, 2+ months is a ridiculous amount of time to have to wait for something that I'm entitled to.
