Consumer Complaint: I am writing to express my concern about the current policy of asking consumers to send sensitive personal information via traditional mail, such as driver 's licenses, social security numbers, addresses, and utility bills. Consumer Complaint: account number XXXX XXXX XXXX 63 months the account is currently showing closed but appears as a negative entry on my consumer credit report THIS is a direct violation of the credit reporting act 15 usc 1681 and the Graham Bailey Act i have no knowledge of this account and the company failed to provide each of these things as I REQUESTED IN WRITING : THEY HAVE COMMITED IDENTITY THEFT, VILATED MY RIGHTS TO PRIVACY AND MY CIVIL RIGHTS AS IT PERTAINS TO THE FAIR CREDIT ACT 15 USC 1681 ( 1 ) There was no validation of the debts by actual accounting ( 2 ) There was no validation of each creditor 's claim against me as my name as its listed is a fictious entity. I XXXX XXXX, currently of SOUND BODY AND MIND STATE THAT you must delete the entries on my consumer credit report due to identity theft in that you are in direct violation of the Fair Credit Act ( 3 ) : No signed invoices EXIST ( 4. ) There was no binding contract by both parties sent by certified mail so that your verification of the delivery has been made by a unbiased party. ( 5 ). There is no wet ink signature by both parties ( 6 ) or ANY OF THE SO-CALLED CREDITORS was not told that I was creating a contract with my wet signature because there is none. A contract or a signature on my behalf or theirs because a contract can not be made by a soulless legal fiction therefore this did not take place. Therefore, no legal entities or a third party can collect on their behalf. Furthermore A crime of forgery has been reported to the local authorities against your clients by Myself and there is an open civil proceeding in the county court in which the case number will be referenced once legal action is taken against your client and an identity theft report will be sent to you via the proper mailing procedure to ensure you are following the Laws as referenced in the Fair Credit Act THE COMPANY SOLD INFORMATION WITHOUT MY WRITTEN CONSENT FOR PURPOSES NOT ALLOWED BY THE LAW ( See the federal trade commissions notice of penalties offenses regarding non affiliated third parties ) If you receive NPI from a nonaffiliated financial institution, your ability to reuse and redisclose that information is limited. The limits depend on how the information is disclosed to you. It does not matter whether or not you're a financial institution If you share their NPI with nonaffiliated third parties outside of three exceptions ( see " Exceptions '' ), you must give your consumers and customers an " opt-out notice '' that clearly and conspicuously describes their right to opt out of the information being shared. An opt-out notice must be delivered with a privacy notice, and it can be part of the privacy notice

Consumer Complaint: I am trying to get car insurance. XXXX gave me an absurdly high quote XXXX XXXXXXXX. XXXX sent me an email that said that if I had an unusual life event that I could contact them. Of course XXXX doesn't give a XXXX XXXX about anyone. Its unclear if they got my credit report from XXXX XXXX or Lexis Nexis. I am also not sure where any of these companies were from say XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, or even XX/XX/XXXX or even in this country or on this planet. I am personally sick of the way credit scores are used mainly to hike rates and charge me. Its this fake male patriarchy that decides who is in the A group and who, XXXX XXXX women who get put in the Z class. Why does all our life have to be decided by boys who social learning stopped around the XXXX grade. I told XXXX that I am XXXX, a woman, XXXX. I lost my contract job with the VA in XX/XX/XXXX and despite working at a bunch of jobs including now as a substitute teacher which I really can't do. I come home and my legs just hurt. They just do. But you know I am just not the only ones affected by covid. Whole families had a lot of difficulties. I lost five people in my family over two years starting with my mother. What exactly do these companies think is a disaster. Where were they? Charging absurd high interest rates on cars event though no one was driving. Its really time to do away with this credit reporting system. I think it is really biased against women, minorities and people who are non-white male. I never got into that category.

Consumer Complaint: Lexisnexis is reporting three car accidents and saying I was at fault. I contacted XXXX and they confirmed I was found NOT AT FAULT for any of them and gave me these letters to prove it. They said Lexisnexis has repeatedly made these errors with other customers. These errors are causing me not to be able to get auto insurance. I am being quoted {$5800.00} every 6 months and none of these accidents were my fault!
