Consumer Complaint: I declare under penalty of perjury ( under the laws of the united states, if executed outside of the united states ) that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Further, I certify that I am permitted by FEDERAL and STATE LAW to file this dispute. I also understand that knowing and willful misstatements or omissions of material facts constitutes a FEDERAL CRIMINAL VIOLATION punishable under 18 USC 1001. Additionally, these misstatements are punishable as perjury under 18 usc 1621. This collection found within my credit report are not related to any transaction that I made. I am alleging that a person or company -without my authorization- used my personal identifying information to apply for goods, services or money and was successful in creating some accounts. All is being investigated by the FTC

I never authorized or given permission per 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( b ), which violates permissible purposes moreover, 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( B ) The bureaus have it reporting different pricing and multiple inaccuracies. Consumer Complaint: I disconnected my XXXX internet service on XX/XX/19. I returned my modem immediately using the prepaid label and box XX/XX/XXXX provided. XX/XX/XXXXtried to charge me for said modem and I provided photographic evidence I returned the modem and the tracking number. They have sent me to XXXX separate collections agencies. I have disputed the debt with both XXXX and the collection agencies and requested written evidence to validate the debt. Nothing has been provided. The latest collections agency I C SYSTEM INC did not bother to validate the debt and reported the collection to all three credit reporting bureaus. On the phone they admit the have no evidence to validate the debt and hound at me for how I would like to pay the debt. Their illegal reporting has lowered my XXXX XXXX.
