Consumer Complaint: When I received the letter from IC Systems, I called the number provided and I was met with a message saying that this company is not taking my calls. This is a debt from XXXX that I've been disputing and filed a claim back in XXXX from another collection company tryin to collect on this. This company is also reporting incorrect time of debit as well as reporting this as new. This was placed in collection back in XXXX of XXXX and IC Systems is reporting this as XX/XX/XXXX as being a new debit. XXXX keeps passing this along when I dispute this claim and this company is falsely reporting this as a new debit. Consumer Complaint: Hello, on XX/XX/XXXX I was notified by a potential company that I was obtaining a loan from that I had a collection on my credit report. I proceeded to check my credit and notice that IC SYSTEM the debt collection agency for XXXX XXXX placed a {$460.00} collection on my credit. The account was opened fraudulent on XX/XX/XXXX and closed on XX/XX/XXXX. I DID NOT OPEN A CELL PHONE WITH THIS COMPANY. I LIVE IN GEORGIA AND THIS COMPANY DOES NOT OPERATE IN MY STATE. I HAVE AND HAD PHONE SERVICE WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER FOR YEARS. THIS FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT IS HARMING MY FAMILY AND MYSELF. I HAVE REPORTED THIS FRAUD TO THE FTC ( report # XXXX ), the XXXX, AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. THIS IS PREVENTING ME FROM MOVING FORWARD WITH MY LOAN PROCESS.

I have never signed a contract with them and have never had any communication with this business. And they apply this collection to my credit. I have spoken to I.C. Systems, and they have told me that XXXX XXXX XXXX had made a collection against me under a name I do not use or have never used. They stole my information, found my date of birth, and applied it to my credit. GOLD DRAFTING Service I have never done any business with them, signed a contract with them, or spoken to them ; they took false information and gave it to XXXX. XXXX, XXXX, and applied the false amount to my credit. I.C. System, INC and XXXX XXXX XXXX committed Identity Theif against me and put a collection amount on my credit. That I don't owe. This must be looked into so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

The amount of {$530.00} was sent to IC Systems for collections and has been reported to all 3 credit bureaus. My problem is 1 ) I was never given an itemized receipt of the charges and 2 ) it is illegal to charge interest on medical debt. I would like to have an itemized list of charges and the correct amount reflecting. Furthermore it should not be on my credit report because the actual charge is below {$500.00}

Consumer Complaint: I was approached by a sXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021. I agreed to XXXX year of XXXX service. Sales person wanted to put me on monthly plan- to which I said no. Instead I told him that I will pre-pay for the whole year by check, since i do not trust companies withdrawing money from my bank account or charging my credit card. He agreed and I paid by XXXX XXXX check {$710.00} for the full year. I specifically told him and noted in the memo of my check that I was committing for XXXX year only. What I realized recently ( perhaps XXXX ) by looking at the monthly statement - that money was being withdrawn by some company every month that I did not recognize. When I called XXXX XXXX as to who or why authorized those transactions, they could not answer but were kind enough to put a stop to any further withdrawals. I could only guess that this must be related to XXXX. Now I got a letter from I.C. System Inc to collect on debt for XXXX # XXXX. So my question is how can any company setup an automatic withdrawal without explicit authorization - XXXX seems to have fraudulently used my check to set this up XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I.C.
