Consumer Complaint: As of XXXX I have been disputing multiple violations on my credit report dutle to i.c. systems. First have not ever received any correspondence or notification regarding the debt in order to dispute the debt. Second, I have not given ANY EXPLICIT PERMISSION, to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to sell my personal informations which is a complete violation of my HIPPA RIGHTS. THIRD, I HAVE SENT a debt validation request, involving my identification and my social security number, on the document certified mail. Asking to breakdown fees including collection cost and medical charges, a COPY of my signature with the provider of the service to release my medical information to I c systems, and to cease any credit reporting until it has been validated. Which has not happened they have recently reported XX/XX/XXXX I believe. They have denied my request to validate my debt and still have yet to delete the debt from my credit report yet again violating FCDPA AND FCRBA. THEY CLAIM THAT ARE UNABLE TO RESPOND TO THE IDENTITY. BUT I HAVE PROVIDED ALL INFORMATION REQUIRED BY LAW. It is obvious that to me that they are not willing to follow the laws stated above. I am requesting assistance and redress.

They provided a falsified XXXX bill dated XXXX stating the total balance due at a certain address was {$230.00}. I have not lived at that address in XXXX years. IC Systems has also notified the credit bureau of this false delinquent loan which will adversely affect my ability to obtain credit in the future

About little over two years aga a XXXX sale rep called me to change my current cable to XXXX business and stated that XXXX business and XXXX are one company. That is just like transferring you account to a better service and made it clear to me that there will not be a early termination on the account. Which is two of my business account.so I switched these two accounts to XXXX business. Mind you this another tactic of locking you for mu extended contract After I switched these two accounts as reference below, my account is on auto payment XXXX took {$100.00} for early termination fee and the other one XXXX for early termination fee. I have been calling and talking to an agent to credit me back my money. XXXX business said this not with them that I should keep calling XXXX which I did at one point they said that they will credit my payment account which I never received. Moreover, they also stated that as far you have service with the which is my home XXXX account I will not be charge a early termination. To top it all off I have XXXX XXXX agent keep calling me to pay a {$55.00} due to the account of which they claim I have paid {$2.00} which I never did. That is even what making me think that I.C System Inc is a fraud, until they reported it to my credit account. The Balance the I.C System Inc claim I owe them now is {$53.00}. I have the billing if needed Account Ref # with I C System XXXX XXXX I have explained all this to XXXX XXXX, XXXX and I. C System Inc going on 2 years, XXXX always say call XXXX to resolved and XXXX agent plays they do not understand in most of the time hang up on me, other time transfer me to a supervisor then to another supervisor then tell me I will call you back. At the end one supervisor did say I see the issue and will refund you money back to the account you payed and resolve the issue with XXXX, which got me relax. Today I am writing this complaint because I never got my refund XXXX collection agent issue was not resolve it escalate to it being reported on my credit account in which downgraded my credit score in both XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX.
