Consumer Complaint: Please note that I am the author of this complaint and all attachments. The credit bureau has violated 15 USC 1681i and 15 USC 1681e. Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. All I have been getting are frivolous, XXXX automated responses. No real investigation was conducted after my initial dispute. The furnishers are in violation of 15 USC 1681s-2b ( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate ; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate. After my dispute of the accuracy of these accounts, the furnishers falsely verified the reporting to be accurate and complete instead of deleting the account from my credit report. This is will non-compliance and I now have a claim under the FCRA with civil liability under 15 US Code 1681n

Consumer Complaint: XXXX I called IC Systems to set up a payment. I settled the debt of XXXX to XXXX. I made a payment on XX/XX/2023. The XXXX payment which was removed on XX/XX/2023 out of my checking account. They said they would email me a copy statement of my transaction and the agreement to my email : XXXX within XXXX hrs. I have received anything from them. XXXX I called IC Systems again to follow up with email that i have not received that was to show i paid the XXXX and the agreement to pay the other half of my debt. When I called the manager said they did not have the correct address on file, therefore i need to update my current address before I can get the email notification. Then the manager said i could not get the email immediately despite the fact I have waited the 24-48 hours. She said i will have to wait another 24-48 hrs because my physical address was not updated. This is not my fault. XXXX 3rd party Representative called with 3rd party on the line to verify information and the representative said they could not verify the payment made because they did not have access to see the information. XXXX-I then called IC systems back with no one on the line but myself and IC systems representative whom said that a payment was made of XXXX and the other payment was. XXXX called again got a representative who finally found my account with a 3rd party on the line and finally verified my information.
