Consumer Complaint: I.C. System Inc. continues to harass me with phone calls and letters about an untrue, unproven, unverified, untimely and alleged Collection account, with their Reference Number : XXXX This account does not belong to me and was disputed many times and already removed from all 3 Credit Reports in 2021. I.C. System Inc. has never furnished me any proof that they have any legal right to collect on this alleged debt. There is absolutely no signed contract from me and the alleged original Creditor, that I agreed that this alleged debt was to be sold to a 3rd party, like I.C. System Inc. The bill I.C. Consumer Complaint: I am XXXX military and lived in South Carolina in XXXX I moved out of South Carolina in XXXX of XXXX and out of my apartment complex. I had given a copy of my written military orders to the company showing that I was leaving the area on a military XXXX. I then had to go on XXXX at the beginning of XXXX until the end of XXXX. in XXXX I was contacted saying that I was overdue by 6 months on an electric bill. I had not lived in this location for any period of the time they had stated, and I was never contacted about a bill that was missed for this period. Only time I was made aware of this was when I checked my credit report and saw a large drop in credit. I had contacted the company about trying to resolve this issue and they agreed that this was an issue and should not have been reported as a debt. I am now receiving calls from a creditor asking to pay this amount and it is still on my credit report as an unpaid debt.

Consumer Complaint: Approx. XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a collection agent for XXXX negatively affected my credit rating by reporting to the major credit bureaus an account balance for services sold by them in XXXX, IL allegedly to me. I disputed the debt at that time and that negative report was deleted. Then in XX/XX/XXXX, IC System, yet another collection agent for XXXX sent me a collection notice for the exact same debt. I denied that it was my debt or had anything to do with me and asked them to provide me with documentation verifying the debt which has not been forthcoming. I have never ever lived in XXXX, IL nor had any account with XXXX. IC System or XXXX never provided me with any proof that the item was my debt. I have never asked for services from XXXX, never lived in IL, never signed a work order of any kind and definitely will state that there is nothing in existence that XXXX can produce that will verify their alleged debt. What they sent me is attached and is not in fact " verification of the debt '' under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. It is merely a copy of an invoice made out in my name at the Illinois address. Once again, in violation of the Act, and in what I consider is attempted harassment and intimidation, XXXX through its agent has again negatively impacted my credit rating with the major credit bureaus by reporting this as a uncollectible bed debt under my name and social security number. My name is fairly common around the world. I have been a businessman in RI for at least three decades. I have multiple professional licenses in RI and NY and have an exceptional credit rating. I have nothing to do with this debt and XXXX and their various collection agents need to stop this practice of harassing and attempting to intimidate unrelated third parties without verifying their own facts first.
