SYSTEM, INC XXXX, REMOVE from all credit agencies from reporting. 2.consumer means any natural person obligated or allegedly obligated to pay any debt. According to 15 U.S. Code 1692a ( 3 ) 3.This letter is in pursuing 15 U.S. Code 1692c ( c ) Ceasing communication 4.I am the consumer mentioned in 15 U.S. code 1692a ( 3 ) You are I.C. SYSTEM, INC the debt collector 15 U.S. Code1692a ( 5 ) I am invoking specified remedies under use 15 U.S. code 1692c ( c ) ( 2 ) as a creditor I am demanding you to terminate all farther efforts pursing to 15 U.S. Code 1692c ( c ) ( 1 ) 5.I am the executor under the 15 U.S. Code 1692c ( d ) pursing to 15 U.S. Code 1692d A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt. Consumer Complaint: I used XXXX Gas and Electricity for my power services and cancelled the services in XX/XX/XXXX since I was moving back to XXXX XXXX from XXXX. I notified XXXX that I will no longer reside at this address and they got my updated info to keep in contact for the final bill. Fast forward to XX/XX/XXXX and I received a notification from XXXX that my credit score has dropped a whole rating due to a collection notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX never sent me a final bill nor reached out to collect payments before sending me to collection. Not only did they do this in the middle of a pandemic but no matter what number I call I am not able to speak to a live person since I don't have an active account anymore. I have cleared the debt same day and the collection agency has received my payment. I need XXXX and the collection agency to remove the inquiry and restore my credit as this was all done illegally and was meant to destroy what I spent years to build over {$110.00} in the middle of a pandemic!

As of date, you have not provided me with a 1099c for my review and my records. I am asking that you do this now. In addition, if you reported this alleged debt as a loss to the IRS, I request that you pull this account back from any collection agency you may have placed it with or from any debt buyer you may have sold this to. Please provide this within 30 days. Until this has been provided, I am requesting that any negative reporting to my credit by your company or any company trying to collect this debt be immediately stopped.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter to the 3 major bureaus outlining inaccurate and unverified accounts on my report. It is almost 60 days later and I have not received remedy. The latest credit report I checked still shows that this account is being reported inaccurately and incorrectly, despite that I sent previous dispute letters to your agency. This account is being reported reflecting multiple " violation '' statements. I don't believe the status of this account is accurate. I urge your agency to reinvestigate this account and ensure that correct, fair, and complete reporting is given. I demand proof that you went through all the proper and logical steps that would have been necessary to validate or refute my dispute. If your agency is unable to do so, I demand that this account be deleted from my credit report. IC systems is in violation of consumer rights and reporting false information on public consumer reports.

When I checked my credit report I found a debt collection issue noted for {$59.00} from I C System. They also added an address to my file. I've never owned or lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NC. XXXX XXXX XXXX is the address of an assisted living facility where my mother lived. Please remove this address and collection reference from all XXXX of my credit accounts.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from IC systems threating to damage my credit if I do not pay an alleged debt owed. I do not nor did I ever have any contractual obligations with IC systems regarding any services rendered nor did they ever extend to me any loans. IC systems is in violation of the FDCPA under 15 usc 1692 * communicating with me without my approval or consent * threatened to advertise debt to coerce payment *harassment, abuse and damage to my reputation IC systems claimed to be collecting for XXXX XXXX XXXX which is also a violation because I did not authorize XXXX to give my personal information to any third party debt collection agency because I am the original creditor. Both XXXX and IC systems are in violation of the FDCPA. I have attached a copy of the letter with the violations and threats made to me.
