Consumer Complaint: I noticed a new entry of a Collection account on my Credit Report ( CR ) via the XXXX online platform on XX/XX/XXXX. The new entry was from I.C. System Inc. collection amount = {$900.00}. I contacted this company on 2 occasions, however, they seem unwilling to delete it from my Credit Report. This is the problem, it appears that someone used my personal name and ss number to acquire an account with XXXX in the XXXX, Texas area. They apparently ran up a bill for {$900.00}. and then disappeared. Interestingly, I have an account with XXXX since they were XXXX XXXX back in XXXX. As of today, my account with Spectrum is in good standing. Please note, The erroneous address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX. XXXX Please note, I have never lived there or have ever visited XXXX, Texas in all of my life. Therefore, it is plain as the nose on a face that this I. C. SYSTEM INC claim is fraudulent. They claim to have my correct name and social security number, but the account is fraudulent as I do not owe the original creditor, XXXX XXXX any monies. Indeed, I have maintained a XXXX XXXX with XXXX for the past 15 years, and said account is in good standing.

Consumer Complaint: I sent 4 letters regarding my credit report to each bureau and to the collector themselves. XX/XX/2021 was the last one I sent. I haven't checked my credit in awhile prior and noticed a collections accounts ( XXXX XXXX AND XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX ) show up on my report. I've called them several times to dispute the wrong information being reported and I either get disconnected or the run around to figure out how this account is on my report. Every time I call in to explain that I've sent in my letters multiple times, the reply is they haven't gotten it. its been about 3 1/2 months since at least ONE response even after calling. I have no clue what else to do and I feel like there won't be a resolution because they keep saying they haven't received anything. This account needs to be removed because I am not liable for this debt nor do I owe anything on these accounts I've never had a contract with. The false information on my report is unfair. Please help me figure this out, I'm out of options and frustrated that its been almost 4 months now. These letters feel useless at this point and I've been spending extra money to have my letters overnight to each credit bureau and the collections agencies themselves. I understand that bureaus and collections agencies can make mistakes but it is very frustrating. I went as far as taking pictures of receipts and letters because they keep saying they haven't received anything. Please help me

Consumer Complaint: There is an old cell phone bill on my credit report from IC Systems. They have not proven to me with a contract with my wet signature that it is indeed my bill or that I have a contract with them and agreed to owe them anything. However, there is a FEDERAL statute of limitations of only XXXX years regarding phone bills and reporting them. The account I did have with the phone company in the past is past the federal statute of limitations. This collection agency is breaking FEDERAL law by refusing to delete this from my report. I have disputed it more then once and they claim valid and verified and refuse to delete and have not shown me any kind of physical proof to back up their claims. As I said cell phone bills are a special case and have a statute of limitations of only XXXX years on a federal level and they are breaking federal law by not removing this. It must be deleted from my report immediately.
