Consumer Complaint: I moved into a property and renting a room in XXXX. I signed a release to do a background check on you look for landlord. I moved out in XX/XX/XXXX. The guy that I was renting the room from stayed until XX/XX/XXXX. I get a bill from the landlord stating I owe {$4700.00} for damages and cleaning he sent it to collections and I notify collections that I was not on the lease and I was not responsible for the bill especially not the entire bill. Collections placed it on my credit report with the erroneous information and the entire amount. I want the information my credit report removed and replaced on the correct person credit report

Consumer Complaint: I have a collection from IC System for an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that is not mine. This account has been disputed previously and removed from different collection agencies and new ones acquire the account to collect. I am a victim of identity theft and this was done by someone other than myself. This is a fraudulent account and has been removed by credit bureaus in the passed when it was with other collectors. I did not open this account or authorize anyone else to open it using my information. I have filed both a police report and identity theft affidavit.

Consumer Complaint: i got phone from XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, i lost that phone and then got a new one under my moms name. these people kept harassing me calling me and sending me mails to my home, it was under the name of another company and then they put that on my credit and my credit went down by a lot of point, i disputed this with XXXX and then took it out of my credit and it was no longer there, then on XX/XX/XXXX i see this again on my credit and my credit went down by 52 points!! this is unbelievable and its a bother company with a new name!! this was in XX/XX/XXXX and they keep harassing me!! im tired it took me a year to get my credit to XXXX points and these people keep playing with my credit. i spoke to XXXX and they said they dont know why these people keep doing this to me
