Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I saw I had an account on my credit report that I was unsure of for XXXX XXXX in West Virginia. I never lived in West Virginia as an adult so I contacted them. They told me the service for utilities was provided to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, West Virginia from XXXX of XXXX through approx. XXXX of XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I provided pay stubs and W-2 for that time period that showed my address in XXXX. They refused to take the debt out of my name and asked for payment. I contacted the collection agency IC Systems at XXXX and spoke with XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX, who told me in order to classify this debt as fraud I needed a police report from my state. I contacted Northern District in XXXX XXXX XXXX, Maryland and they directed my to this website to file my report, on XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: This is the second fraudulent notice I've received from a company regarding an alleged outstanding amount due on an old XXXX internet account. When the first debt collection agency sent me debt notices ( a year ago ) I called and spoke to them, explaining that the account balance on that ( closed ) XXXX account was ( and still is ) {$0.00} and that there was nothing to collect. They did not contact me again. Now this is a new company claiming the same amount on the same XXXX account ( the balance due on which is still {$0.00} ), and rather than go through all this again in another year 's time I would like this to simply stop. Can you help?

Consumer Complaint: I recently received a copy of my credit reports and noticed I C SYSTEM INC is reporting what looks to be a fraudulent account of {$380.00} to all credit reporting agencies which are XXXX, XXXX and XXXX, i have never done business with I C SYSTEM INC and do not wish to contract or have an agreement with I C SYSTEM INC, i have never authorized I C SYSTEM INC to access my personal information or credit file such as social, DOB, address, Phone, i have never signed contracts, documents, or agreements with I C SYSTEM INC. I contacted I C SYSTEM INC and asked them to provide me with a copy of contracts, documents, agreements, photo id, social or what ever was used to open the account with I C SYSTEM INC. so i can file a police reports. i was told by a XXXX XXXX lady that they do not need to provide anything, i said its lots of identity theft going on and i need what ever you have to file a report, she hung up on me. I called again and ask to speak with a supervisor, then another lady hung up on me.
