Consumer Complaint: This complaint is related to complaints XXXX, XXXX, & XXXX, the last of which was filed yesterday. This involved a single alleged debt of {$110.00} which I have disputed with the company and which the company before today had reported to the credit agencies 4 separate times. In response to yesterday 's complaint, the creditor responded : " This account has been closed and returned to the original creditor. We will request deletion from the credit reporting agencies. '' However, I have just received notification from XXXX that the debt has been reported a fifth time today. Please see attachment. I'm pretty sure duplicate reporting of a single debt is illegal but now we are up to five times. This involves a disputed debt wherein XXXX charged me for a phone line that I never requested and never used. The contract that I signed with the company did not contain a phone line and the company 's records will show that no calls were ever made or received. Yet XXXX refuses to refund all overcharges because of the company 's " policy ''. In addition, the company is charging me for weeks of services that I never used after I cancelled my service and returned all equipment, contrary to the terms of the contract that I signed.

Consumer Complaint: During a check of our experion credit report we found that it was falsely reported that we owed a {$2.00}, XXXX bill to XXXX. This was reported by I.C. System Inc.the date of the bill was reported to them XX/XX/2021. We have had no business dealings with XXXX in the last 12 years and all of our bills were paid in full. We called XXXX and they know nothing about the bill. We called I.C. Systems and they refused to discuss the matter because the name on the bill isn't ours. XXXX tells us we have to talk to the creditor.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, a federally protected consumer, and I am making this complaint against I.C. SYSTEM INC. for committing identity theft. I have never given I.C. SYSTEM INC. any permission to use any of my identifying information to commit mail fraud by contacting me about an alleged debt they claim I owe. I am legally refusing to pay this debt pursuant to 1692c ( c ). I am demanding a cease and desist of all illegal activity, any communication and collection activity, of this and any alleged debts until I.C. SYSTEM INC. can provide me with sufficient documentary evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay them. If this documentary evidence can not be produced and I.C. System Inc. continues its collection efforts, I will file for litigation for actual damages caused and I.C. Consumer Complaint: This complaint is related to XXXX prior complaints : XXXX & XXXX. XXXX claims that I owe them {$110.00} following cancellation of my service. I assert that XXXX charged me for a phone line that I did not request and that I did not use. XXXX can verify this from their own records however, they refuse to refund all of the overcharges due to their internal policies. In addition, XXXX unilaterally changed the " cancellation '' terms that I had agreed to when I signed a contract with them. Nonetheless, XXXX and/or their collection agencies has reported their alleged debt of {$110.00} XXXX times to credit agencies, each time having a meaningful effect on my credit rating. The dates that they reported the alleged debt are XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and most recently XX/XX/XXXX. Thge amount of this alleged debt doesn't warrant a legal proceeding however XXXX continues to use their ability to disparage my credit rating without apparent consequence. In my opinion, the harassment is quite egregious and unwarranted.

Consumer Complaint: Discovered a pending collection on my credit reports on XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX and XXXX. Collection Agency : I.C. SYSTEM, INC The report stated that there was amount of {$100.00} owed to XXXX XXXX, and was filed on XX/XX/XXXX. I had no knowledge of this amount being owed, and currently have two active accounts with XXXX that are fully paid for. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called XXXX to inquire. XXXX representative confirmed they had no record of any pending amounts, nor of having contacted I.C. SYSTEM, INC. It was also stated by the representative that they would not use a collection agency for that small of an amount nor that short of time, and would have made several attempts to contact myself first. I then contacted I.C. SYSTEM, INC to inquire about why this was showing on my Credit Report. They would not and could not provide any relevant information to what this account was allegedly referring to, and did not have any current or accurate information concerning myself or where I was currently living. I then requested for them to remove this, as this was a fraudulent collection. I.C. SYSTEM, INC informed me it could only be removed if I paid for the amount. I then requested for them to send me all information and collection receipts in writing which they refused.

Consumer Complaint: Disputed filed via us mail on XX/XX/XXXX, disputed opened with XXXX XXXX. Included in the dispute is a collection account with ICSystem. I also mailed a dispute with ICSystem onXXXX. ICSystem never validated account, and it was deleted by XXXX and XXXX, XXXX refuses to delete. They completed their investigation on XX/XX/XXXX, and continue to report inaccurate information on my report regarding iCSystem as well as other accounts including XXXX XXXX, which should not be listed on my credit report, & Enhanced Recovery, ( whom I've also contacted directly to dispute via US certified mail, and did not receive a response ).

Consumer Complaint: I have spoken to this company multiple times and sent a letter not understanding the debt. They do not send anything back, they take the debt off for months and then randomly add it back on. I only received one phone call in XXXX when I asked for a debt validation and received nothing. I not received a phone call since. The reason for the debt is affected by natural disaster which doesnt make any sense, especially since the debt came up in 2019. None of this collection is accurate and I do not believe it is valid. I currently have an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX, when I have asked them, they have no record an outstanding balance.
