Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX was bought by XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX I paid the {$110.00} bill with my bank. only owed {$100.00}. XX/XX/XXXX Payment processed, but was never posted. XX/XX/XXXX It popped up on my credit report. IC System refused to go back to the creditor to validate the debt. It was taken OFF my credit, but put back on XX/XX/XXXX. I'm in the process of buying the house. ICS wouldnt give me a phone number to expedite providing proof. XX/XX/XXXX IC Systems puts the account back on my credit report. XXXX would not let me dispute it online WITH the proof. XXXX says the dispute was satisfactorily validated. how? I have the documents. I want it removed AND compensation for the trouble.

Consumer Complaint: I requested XXXX XXXX to be canceled XX/XX/XXXX. I had {$0.00} balance on my account. I moved and kept equipment to possibly reactivate service at new address. Apartment management said no equipment can be attached to the building. It took several months to get the response from apartment management. I was contacted by XXXX XXXX XXXX by mail and phone. We discussed the amount owed and that it is for the equipment I had not returned. I returned all equipment XX/XX/XXXX. I still received statements through USPS requesting I pay the account balance for the equipment. I contacted XXXX several times telling them I had returned all eequipment.I emailed copies of the returned equipment shipment invoice. The charge still wasn't removed from my account. I spoke to several customer service agents and I was told by one agent that the equipment has been received but not entered into my account file. The agent assured me that the account would be updated and the balance would be removed. I received another phone call from XXXX again requesting me to pay the amount due and that it is now because the service was not deactivated as I requested by phone on XX/XX/XXXX. I no longer had service and also the equipment was packaged and still in moving boxes. The problem is now after XXXX received the equipment, the amount said due was now for service apparently not deactivated as I requested on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX can access the account to see that the service was not being used. I would not move to a new address without deactivating service knowing I would continue being charged monthly. Please if someone can help resolve this incorrect information as it has affected my credit score significantly. The account was supposed to be closed and I I returned the equipment as requested and the amount due was supposed to be removed and the balance should be {$0.00}. Please respond with any help and or advice regarding this dispute. Thank you, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I.C. Systems is a debt collection agency that has taken my debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have called I.C. Systems and have attempted to get in touch with XXXX XXXX XXXX several times now, but to no avail. I have always paid my bills and am on-time for payments. I have never seen so much as a bill or any kind of alert from this medical group. I contacted I.C. Systems to find out what the collection was for and was told that it was in regard to the birth of my daughter. My daughter was born via c-section on XX/XX/XXXX, where my medical team saved my life and I was being treated by an in-network OB-GYN at an in-network hospital XXXX They are attempting to collect payment for a service where I had complete insurance coverage and they should have had my full policy information. At no point were my husband or I informed ( by hospital personnel or the attending pediatrician ) that the pediatrician who was present during the c-section was out-of-network. These services were rendered when I could not consent, and I am reiterating that I never received so much as a bill from this company prior to them sending this charge to collections. I.C. Systems is dating this charge to XX/XX/XXXX, which makes absolutely no sense. Please review this case I implore you to erase this collection from my credit report, as it does not make sense to belong there, and I am worried that this is a fraudulent charge. Thank you so much.

I live in Maryland, and I have never lived in North Carolina. Also, the name on the bill is not my correct name. This bill was sold to a collection agency called I C SYSTEM for the amount of {$530.00}. Their contact info is : IC System Correspondence XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MN XXXX XXXX. I have called them and disputed the claim and they refused to remove the debt from my credit report. I have disputed this information with XXXX and the debit was not removed from any of the XXXX credit reports other than notes saying : Account information disputed by consumer, meets FCRA requirements. How do you dispute a bill that does not belong to you when the period in time the bill was accrued you did not live in the state in which it was accrued, never lived their. Lived in MD for over 25 years. Never owned property outside of Maryland. Also XXXX does not operate in Maryland ... Seeking help taking this false debt collection reporting off from my XXXX credit reports. This is gross abuse of my civil rights

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to alert the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau of a collections company that is violating my rights and not using proper communication methods when showing up on my credit report. I need the CFPB office to please look into my case. This account has just popped up on my credit report without ever communicating to me. There was no written letter to me or calls to me so I can explain that they have the wrong person. They have recently just popped up on my credit report and I am not familiar with how they got my information or how they have my social security number. I do not owe this company and I Right now I am getting an alert on my XXXX XXXX and credit monitoring service saying my XXXX XXXX has dropped tremendously. I can furnish the images of this alert showing the collections company. They are hurting me financially and this is a really big issue. To my understanding they must be compliant with laws and regulations that say they must write the consumer within days of the first communication. They are using my credit to communicate with me yet they NEVER wrote me before. If they don't write me then how could send me a right to dispute or explain my rights? Please review the original paperwork for this account. I request they send me a copy of this information to my address. I also request the original contract signed showing my signature long with all other pages of the original agreement. I am suffering damages because of this error. I have been a victim of ID theft before and I monitor my financial affairs very closely. To me this seems like an instance of debt parking that I read about on the FTC website. The Federal Trade Commission has taken action against debt collection companies that allegedly placed bogus or highly questionable debts onto consumers credit reports to coerce them to pay the debts. They label this as DEBT PARKING. The Federal Trade Commission recently took action against a Missouri collection company and its owners, alleging that they collected more than {$24.00} million from consumers, largely by placing bogus or highly questionable debts on their credit reports. " The defendants used this illegal debt parking to coerce people to pay debts they didnt owe or didnt recognize, XXXX XXXX XXXX director of the F.T.C.s bureau of consumer protection , said in prepared remarks about the agencys settlement with the company, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I DO NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS COMPANY and I am concerned they have unethicality acquired my information and they are acting unethically with their debt collections. There is a process in law that protects consumers from these illegal actions. This account is lowering my XXXX XXXX and if I am declined for anything, I will seek financial remedy by talking to an fdcpa lawyer.
