Consumer Complaint: I used to have XXXX XXXX until their prices continued to change. As of XX/XX/2020, I changed my provider to XXXX XXXX. I made multiple attempts to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX to stop my service, but due to the language barrier with their service representatives, they continued to bill me for 2 more months. They are continually sending me statements & have now sold the debt, fraudulently, to a third party collection. Today, my credit score was dropped by XXXX points due to their unscrupulous tactics. I want my score restored & this debt removed.

Consumer Complaint: I was never made aware of this debt until it was in collections. I feel this company and/or the company the debt was allegedly owed to are using unfair practices for collecting a debt. This has harmed me by affecting my credit score and I was unable to avoid the negative impact to my credit as I was never notified of owing any debt and then I had this appear on my credit report. If I owed a debt it would have been paid, but I couldn't have taken care of something I was not aware of. I did have a medical procedure a few years back but I took care of all of the bills related to that, so I do not understand why this account appears on my credit report. I believe I am being charged for someone else 's debt. Please do not contact me by phone, I would like communication in writing only for my records.

Consumer Complaint: Dear I C System : I am responding to your contact about a debt you are trying to collect. You contacted me by postal mail, on XX/XX/2022 and identified the debt as verified debt owed. Please supply the information below so that I can be fully informed : Why you think I owe the debt and to whom I owe it, including : The name and address of the creditor to whom the debt is currently owed, the account number used by that creditor, and the amount owed. If this debt started with a different creditor, provide the name and address of the original creditor, the account number used by that creditor, and the amount owed to that creditor at the time it was transferred. When you identify the original creditor, please provide any other name by which I might know them, if that is different from the official name. In addition, tell me when the current creditor obtained the debt and who the current creditor obtained it from. Provide verification and documentation that there is a valid basis for claiming that I am required to pay the debt to the current creditor. For example, can you provide a copy of the written agreement that created my original requirement to pay? Consumer Complaint: This complaint is regarding account information below that has not been investigated and no information given. Its been over 2 months with no information given to me regarding these accounts. I have no knowledge of these companies and they shouldnt be reporting as I never gave permission for the reporting per Section 1681a -I sent correspondence to the Credit Bureaus regarding this. I was never notified in writing per 15 U.S.C 1692ag prior to accounts being on my credit report, within 5 days. Moreover, these accounts violate debt collections, abusive and unfair practices per section 1692f ( 1 ) adding additional amounts.

My NAME IS XXXX XXXX i had service with XXXX # XXXX on term of one year contract not to be renewed automatically after that i had paid them in advance for the whole year on that terms they still came and service after that and tried to collect money kept sending me bill, i called to explain twice no response in helping instead they send this to collection agency and now i m getting harassed for something i m not responsible! i called collection agency I.C.SYSTEM INC. Consumer Complaint: There is a Debt Collection Company called : I.C. System, Inc XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX, who works on behalf of XXXX. They claim I owe {$1100.00} for equipment that I have already returned to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was a short term customer of XXXX XXXX XXXX years ago but had numerous problems with there service. I cancelled service and gave the equipment back to there service technician. Years later I find a collection on all my credit reports for this equipment. I have spoken with XXXX XXXX XXXX on many occasions and explained the problem. They told me they no longer even use that equipment in there service but I have to deal with IC System Inc. I have Disputed this debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX, IC SYSTEMS. I DO NOT HAVE THIS EQUIPMENT, IT WAS RETURNED, I DO NOT OWE THIS DEBT! IC System Inc. Is negatively reporting on my credit reports and has even recently started the debt over again. I Want these people held accountable.
