Consumer Complaint: The IC System Inc. company reported a collection account in the Credit Report. This one comes from XXXX. The account number shown is XXXX. They allege that this server has an account with them in Nevada that was left unpaid. Currently this is affecting my credit ; and on several occasions I have asked IC Systems to send me evidence of this account. Which they haven't done. Or that they prove to that I am the person who owns the account. These allege that I apply for the same in Nevada. I have never lived in Nevada, much less applied for an account with Spectrum. Consumer Complaint: Request for VALIDATION, NOT Verification To Whom It May Concern : REMOVE THIS ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY This letter is being sent to you in response to notices sent to me from your company and more importantly, due to your erroneous reporting to the Credit Bureau { XXXX }, the highly negative impact on my personal credit report. Please be advised that this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 { b } that your claim is disputed and validation is requested. This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above named Title and Section. Consumer Complaint: I just discovered today that I C Systems XXXX has placed a derogatory account on my credit report that is not mine. The debt came from a medical facility, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never taken a pet to that hospital for any reason or any services. By law businesses and the credit bureau are supposed to verify and validate any information they add to a consumer 's account. No one from this establishment has ever contacted me to verify If I am the person this debit belongs to. Ive recently added a fraud alert on my account due to my social number being exposed. Seems someone has compromised my personal Information.

Upon further research, this account was transferred/sold and I am no longer responsible for the account. They did not verify this collection and there was no written form of communication, contract, or signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without a signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say it belongs to me. According to the FCRA, I C SYSTEM has violated my rights as a consumer multiple times and I'm requesting legal action to remove this account immediately!

When I discontinued/disconnected services from them & returned their equipment. My account was zeroed out and final. XXXX additionally requested that I disconnect equipment that they set up. Ie ; satellite dish, however XXXX refused to remove the actual dish, pole, etc from my property, leaving my property damaged as a result. Fast forward to XX/XX/2022 where I receive a letter at my home ( from collections ), stating there is a balance owed ( Two years later ). Consumer Complaint: I pulled my credit today to find out what there as negotiable items in my reports and found out that the debt being reported that I did not incur. The first it looks like is for a cell phone or something at sprint for almost {$2000.00} and is now charged off to a collections. There is also a California address associated with the account that is reporting as a bisnuess but most definitely not mine and I have never even been to this area. Also when this account t was opened I was in intensive care on total life support in XXXX Pa. So needless to say that it would have been literally impossible for me to have opens this account. The second fraudulent piece of debt is also fro. 2019 and seems to be for a medical service. Although I was sick at this period in my life, I had medical insurance and was admitted to the hotspot for a very long ti r and they had submitted all of my info to my insurance and they had covered all of it. So this bill for {$100.00} is either a mistake or someone getting radiology service under my name, but I did not see any radiology in the fall of 2019. XXXX is all of the information that is I sorted t including t the address of the business associated with the sprint debt and a peculiar XXXX address that I have never been as XXXX users with. I also have my spouses credit card negitivly impacting my credit report and I am not responsible for that debt and have never agreed to it.

Consumer Complaint: Mid XXXX I received a Collection letter from IC Sytems stating I owe {$41.00} to XXXX XXXX which is False and fully disputed. Upon receiving letter I called IC SYSTEMS to verify the information and to let them know I would be disputing the said debt. The collector verified the XXXX number I was calling in from and Identified as my cell phone and requested Cease and desisted all call to my cellphone. I sent in written my dispute and requested all itemised statements, contracts and validity of this debt. First week in XXXX I received some fraudulent typed letter ( see attached ) Saying I owe with no detailed explanation, contracts. Payments, receipts and statement to pay. Per REGULATION F this is a violation of a valid debt. There is no leagal documentation or binding contract from original creditor. SECOND. I started receiving numerous calls to my CELLPHONE, from multiple numbers. They would hang up on me. A representative finally answered and IDENTIFIED IC SYSTEMS AND A DEBT. I advised that I requested a cease and desist from my cell phone and I was transferred a coulple times where I was told I need to put NO CALLS TO MY CELL PHONE IN WRITING WHICH IS A BLATANT LIE!! This is harassment for a debt that is not valid.
