Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft and I have submitted a notarized affidavit which serves as a legal document to my identity theft. I am also a victim of the XXXX breach and opted out of the settlement because I have suffered extreme losses due to the breach and the identity theft. I need the fraud accounts that are in my letter that is attached removed permanently from my file as I have also contacted the creditors as well. This is extreme in violation of my fair credit reporting act rights and I will seek legal recourse. I have also attached the printout of me being affected by the XXXX breach as well.

Consumer Complaint: I was going through my credit report and I saw a debt collection of {$260.00} on my report. The company that opened this collection is I C System and theyre a collection agency for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This is fraud because I have never opened an account with XXXX before. The account was opened XX/XX/2018 and it states that the account is currently open. I dont recognize this account so I want it closed and removed from my credit report and reported as fraud. I tried to dispute this with I C System and they said to report the fraud and open a claim with consumer finance. Once this claim is opened they said theyd look into removing the collection. I am providing a picture of collection information from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems has advised XXXX that they have " verified '' and " validated '' this account, and indeed have not. There was no initial communication in oder for me to respond or dispute said item. IC System is willfully being negligent and non-compliant with attempts to collect and report alleged debt. Per 15 U.S. Code 1681c2, this information is to be BLOCKED and removed within 4 days of receipt as it is a result of identity theft. I want to be explicitly clear with my request. I am not requesting verification of debt ; but instead, I am requesting validation of the debt. It has become increasingly clear that you are being willfully negligent in rectifying my affairs. Over the past year I have made subsequent attempts to have this account reasonably investigated in accordance with both the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. Starting 4 days from the day you receive this letter ; I am demanding you furnish the supporting documents and PROBABLE evidence that I have any obligation to the abovementioned accounts. If you are unable to produce said requirements within the generously allotted threshold, by federal law you are required to remove the accounts from my consumer report without prejudice. By responding that you have received my complaint and request, that will guarantee a contract to have said items properly addressed within the next XXXX business days.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2017, I placed an order with XXXX via XXXX ; leasing a new device, and establishing a line of service ending in XXXX. I was migrating my existing line and existing device from a company line to a personal line. I ended the company line. I was given a temporary line ( XXXX ) while they completed the migration of my existing line, and was told upon completion it would replace the temporary line. That did not happen. The customer service representative kept a second line open against my permission, Then made it look like I requested cancellation so Id be charged an Early Termination Fee. I contacted XXXX XX/XX/2017 and reported their error. I was then told I was responsible for the early termination fee. Of course I refused due to their misstep in transferring my service. They would not fix it. So I made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Complaint # XXXX. I spoke to XXXX several times via email about my complaint. He lied to BBB saying he never heard from me, which automatically closes the case and the account went to collections for {$440.00}. I. C. Systems, Inc then increased the charge to {$460.00}. Which is illegal. I have the emails of correspondence which I will attach. I would like this collection account deleted immediately from my XXXX credit report and never added again to any of my credit history with all three bureaus. The fact they did not own their mistake and then the collection agency taxing on more money is horrible. I have disputed several times over the years to no avail. I recently discovered CFPB so here I am making this complaint.
