Consumer Complaint: Last year XX/XX/XXXX Our company bought XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account number : XXXX. Right after ( XX/XX/XXXX ) we found electrical problems dealership fixed them but problem continued and a XXXX complaint was filed, On XX/XX/XXXX our truck was in an accident the electrical problems continue and dealership blamed them on the accident, we file a complaint with XXXX resolutions management XXXX XXXX with phone number XXXX ext XXXX was the person in charge, dealer continued to blame problems on accident kept the truck for longer than needed and a rental reimbursement was implied on our email, phone conversations at the end XXXX resolutions and dealership denied the reimbursement and due to their very busy schedule they didn't begin any work, we picked up truck and fixed it with someone else, all conversations were recorded and emails kept on our files for future escalation. Our insurance paid for the repairs with checks that were sent to XXXX according to their procedure, repairs were actually paid from our pockets and now we are requesting our reimbursement, when we call customer service it seems like the information is not properly managed with people telling us different information. We ask for our reimbursement to be completed as soon as possible if you need to review the case ( s ), complaints internally that would be great, it would help us all very much, We are very disappointed with all this negligence but XXXX has better quality than XXXX for our line of work please help us to stay with you.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I purchased a vehicle ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) from XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Il. I was told I had to pay {$2500.00} down payment for vehicle and also pay for my own car insurance upon leaving the car lot. Later upon doing research I am aware of " Tile '' ( Truth in Lending Act ) and also aware that with contracts I was taken advantage of and wasn't given full information about my vehicle contract. There where billing errors and also wasn't aware of my rights to rescind a contract as well. Later down the line my vehicle was also reposessed with a warning of the repo and also I paid my car note and it was a system error on there end but still decided to repo my vehicle and made me come out of pocket and go get my vehicle instead of returning to my house where they picked it up from. Also the documents I signed was a privacy notice, and in the noticed it said they may not disclose person non public info about myself to any third parties unless permitted by law, and according to my knowledge giving my info to the third party such as repo company was not lawful.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, A XXXX XXXX located in XXXX, Texas collected my personal information under false pretenses ( claiming a cash prize I had won ) and submitted it to the credit bureaus in an unauthorized attempt to offer me financing for a vehicle purchase that I did not want nor request. Unfortunately, this resulted in a XXXX of new hard credit inquiries on my credit reports that I did not want nor authorize. I was advised to contact each of the individual financing companies that initiated hard inquiries on my report, as to request the removal of each fraudulent inquiry individually. On XX/XX/2022, I mailed a letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to inform them about the issue and to request the retraction of the unauthorized credit inquiry. Unfortunately, said letter was returned to me on XX/XX/2022, as 'Undeliverable ' due to the fact that they are reporting an incorrect address to the credit bureaus. Therefore, my inquiry still needs to be addressed.

Consumer Complaint: On about XX/XX/XXXX I discovered that my payment for GM financial had not been applied. I was surprised because I had been up to date until XX/XX/XXXX and was on autopay. As soon as I realized that I had a payment due, I paid it. I've been attempting to find out what happened with my autopay and why I was reported so quickly to the credit bureaus. I've called XXXX twice, on XX/XX/XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX to attempt to have the XXXX XXXX late notice removed from my credit. They've told me that they don't have a way to fix this issue and that I have to go through the credit bureau 's to have the XXXX XXXX late notice removed from my credit. I've attempted what GM Financial suggested and that has not worked. Ideally I was hoping to fix this issue with XXXX XXXX about this issue but they have stonewalled through their customer service. They don't have a mechanism to solve this kind of credit reporting issue. I don't understand how they quickly report that someone is late with payment without having a mechanism to help fix this issue. But also that they didn't give me much of a chance to fix this issue with them. I only discovered the issue after seeing that my XXXX XXXX had decreased. I don't think it's fair that they didn't communicate with me at all but quickly reported that I was late.
