Consumer Complaint: I purchased a vehicle at XXXX XXXX XXXX and I purchased encouraged by the finances department a gap insurance and extended warranty for the vehicle. The loan was transferred to another bank the vehicle was refinanced and the services with the current bank GM were cancelled, the payoff amount was sent in XX/XX/2023 after this payoff amount was sent, I requested for the gap insurance and the extended guarantee remaining money to be sent to me as a reimbursement, because I no longer have services with GM XXXX. After months of fighting and dealing with the bank the dealership and many requests done over the phone via email and in person, I still don't have my money reimbursed. I understand that this process takes time but how come the bank retains the money that is owned to me when they pay off amount was sent so long ago and the services were automatically canceled. I called and they don't answer my phone calls nor return any messages back. This is extremely disrespectful that they take your money and they don't want to give it back to you once they don't own it no more. I need help with this matter.

Consumer Complaint: At least the car from GM financial when my lease is up they told me I have 30 days to return it, then they gave me additional 30 days to get a new car with them which I did, in the meantime I tried making a payment they did not accept it l, They said I have to bring back my car, at the time when I got my new order in I made the payment the full and they went and they reported me to The credit bureau that I made a late payment even though they did not accept my payment, also I spoke to representative They told me they send the bills to my address without an apartment number which I never received Please help me out
