I believe this to be a defect with only my vehicle, but all XXXX vehicles during the winter time the battery does not last as long as it does in the summer you have to constantly charge.

I have mailed out letters trying to dispute this inaccurate information as it is holding me back when it comes to purchasing major items. I have submitted proof of payment and still to no avail they have not removed it from my credit profile. This is an invasion of privacy as well! Pursuant to " 15 USC 1666d- Treatment of credit balances '' " Whenever a credit balance in excess of {$1.00} is created in connection with a consumer transaction through ( 1 ) transmittal of funds to a creditor in excess of the total balance due on an account, ( 2 ) rebates of unearned fianc charges or insurance premiums, or ( 3 ) amounts otherwise owed to or held for the benefit of an obligor, the creditor shall ( A ) Credit the amount of the credit balance to the consumer 's account ; ( B ) Refund any part of the amount of the remaining credit balance, upon request of the consumer ; and ( C ) Make a good faith effort to refund to the consumer by cash, check, or money order any part of the amount of the credit balance remaining in the account for more than six months, except that no further action is required in any case in which the consumer 's current location is not known by the creditor and can not be traced through the consumer 's last known address or telephone number. Consumer Complaint: I went to purchase a vehicle and was approved for a loan. The dealer required me t get insurance but did not include that amount in the Truth In Lending Statement/Finance Statement in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1605. In addition, the dealer failed to mention that there were problems with the transmission as they had already known this information. The truck has major jerking problems, the transmission slips, and sometime stalls. This was known prior to selling me the vehicle. I was also approved by the lender for credit, and then I was required to put a down payment down in the amount of {$3000.00} when other people with the same credit were not required to put a down payment down. Twenty days passed and they did not respond to my rescission letter. Other purchasers with similar credit were offered more favorable terms and interest rates than I was.

Consumer Complaint: To the Officer in Charge, I am writing to provide additional information and an update regarding my previously filed police report ( Incident # : XXXX ) from XX/XX/XXXX. Upon further review and having now secured complete access to all three major credit bureaus, I have identified additional unauthorized financial activity that was not included in the initial report due to the aforementioned limited access. On XX/XX/XXXX, while preparing for a prospective home purchase, I conducted a thorough check of my credit report. It was during this check that I first became aware of the fraudulent accounts. The original police report lists some of these accounts. However, I have since discovered XXXX more accounts and a credit inquiry, as detailed below : GM Financial Account : Account Number : XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Current Balance : {$21000.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX Account : Account Number : XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Current Balance : {$19000.00} Additionally, there was a hard inquiry that I did not authorize, which may be connected to this fraudulent activity and is from XXXX. I suspect that my personal information may have been compromised as a result of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, an incident in which my details were confirmed to have been exposed. There is a possibility that this exposure has led to my information being accessible on the dark web, which may have facilitated this fraudulent activity on my credit report. I would like to request that this new information be formally added to the existing report to ensure that all fraudulent activities are thoroughly investigated. Furthermore, I am taking all necessary steps to dispute these accounts with the credit bureaus and have placed fraud alerts on my credit files. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

Consumer Complaint: GM Financial reported payments late. After reviewing the full accounting of this loan I reflect inaccuracies in their reporting. The inaccuracies are reporting late on XXXX XXXX : XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX XXXX : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX The varying dates between all three bureaus is inaccurate reporting. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. '' XXXX and XXXX are consumer reporting agencies and I am the Consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states " It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. '' XXXX and XXXX are consumer reporting agencies and I am the Consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states '' It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) is a financial institution by definition under that title. 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states that " In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) the financial institution and the Consumer reporting agencies XXXX and XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do not have my written consent. Any and all consent to XXXX, XXXX, ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) states that " A financial institution may not how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) Never informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. Not only that 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) states '' Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. '' This account is an adverse item they are reporting again without my permission which is against the law. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e states '' Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. XXXX and XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures.
