Also I was informed that a down-payment of {$40000.00} would be a requirement. According to XXXX XXXX XXXX, finance charge is sum of all charges, and is not payable in an equal cash or any other form of currency. It is a credit transaction. As defined by XXXX, XXXX, Federal Reserve XXXX, and Bill OF Exchange Act, the application is a security. Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Account status incorrect
Consumer Complaint: I am writing to dispute the following information that your company supplied to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. GM Financial has been reporting my loan/account with their company for the leasing of my XXXX XXXX XXXX as a repossession since XXXX XXXX. My account has not been in repossession status since XXXX XXXX. On the day in question, I woke up at XXXX XXXX and discovered my car was gone, within 4 hours my car balance was paid in full and I was able to obtain my car from the tow yard. At the moment the car payment was made, and the car was taken out of repossession status it should have been accurately reported to the credit bureau within 30 days. They are continuing to report inaccurately. This is a violation of my consumer credit rights. I called GM Financial in XXXX to report to them that the inaccuracies were still being reported and the customer service team provided me with incorrect information and false validation to me that the situation would be handled. After being denied credit cards, loan applications, and mortgage applications I finally did some deep diving into my credit report and to my surprise discovered this fallacy that has been going on for almost 7 months. I have enclosed the monthly billing statements from GM financial from XX/XX/XXXXXXXX to present XX/XX/XXXXXXXX for proof of my claim.

Issue: Managing the loan or lease
Subissue: Billing problem
Consumer Complaint: In XXXX, I made a payment to my account. Throughout this loan, I have been charged way more than I owe, there have been several times I have called and my payment amount is different, depending who im talking to and practically nothing has come off my loan. In XXXX, I made a payment and an arrangement for a payment again in 2 weeks, and the rep put that second payment ( which was for the end of the month ) in, costing me {$300.00} in overdraft fees. He promised to take off {$450.00} off the fees/account and that has not been done. At this point, they have made thousands illegally on this loan and need ti just let it go and give me my vehicle. What they are doing is unethical, at the minimum.
