Consumer Complaint: I was a victim of identity theft on two separate occasions and my identity and credit information has been misused. I have filed complaints and disputed with companies listed and have not been able to get these resolved! To my understanding some collection accounts have been sold to other companies. Consumer Complaint: last year I applied I went to different dealers in order to buy my first car, but I didnt purchase the car from any of them, before I applied i asked if they were running my credit report for all of the banks or just one time, and they told me they were soft inquiries, as of right now, i still have all the inquiries in my report and they are preventing me from purchase a house, after I have sent creditor letter of removal.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a new vehicle from XXXX XXXX XXXX dealership at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, Mo XXXX on XX/XX/2022. I questioned the interest rate I was given at 6.4 %, which is high. I qualified for the 1.9 % rate that they advertised due to my credit score and circumstances. I contacted Gm financial and they advised me to contact the dealer. I did and went back in and signed a new legal contract at 1.9 %. I wanted to know my payoff and recently found out the dealership per Gm financial never sent them the revised contract to the lender. I believe that I was not offered the 1.9 % from the beginning because of XXXX discrimination and after I signed a new contract they still did not send it to Gm financial. This is illegal and unethical.

Consumer Complaint: RE : GM Financial report to credit bureau To whom it may concern, Our lease was ending in XXXX of XXXX. During this time, we were all sheltering in place due to COVID-19. Since the car was not being used, we turned the car back to the dealer approximately 1 month prior to the end of the lease. We did however paid off the lease to avoid any credit issue. We asked the dealer while dropping off the car if there was any other fees we needed to pay and we were told no, that everything was ok. The car was in perfect condition and the mileage was under our contracted limit. During this time, my spouses salary was decreased to 80 % of her regular salary and my contract work was put on hold indefinitely. Needless to say, we were experiencing financial hardship. About 1 or 2 months later, we received an invoice from GM Financial for approximately {$500.00} for lease end. We were experiencing financial hardship so I tried to negotiate the bill by explaining that if we were not experiencing the pandemic and the ramifications that came along with it we would have traded the car in for another BOLT ( EV ) and therefore would not be billed for returning the vehicle. I paid half of the bill ( {$250.00} ) and continued to try and negotiate the other half. GM Financial wouldnt hear our plea therefore we eventually paid the balance after a 90 or 120 day delinquency despite the fact that we were experiencing financially instability. Fast forward to XXXX, the economy is trying to get back to normal and employees are being asked to come back to the office physically, we needed to again have an additional vehicle. To our surprise, we have a negative on our auto credit report through XXXX bringing our score down to XXXX. This negative report and a low XXXX XXXX score is costing us thousands of dollars more throughout the life of the new lease. We have NEVER been late throughout the length of our loans ( GM FINANCIAL, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX ). Can anything be done to take off/strike GM Financials negative report? We are responsible and conscientious people. We do not deserve this treatment and punishment. Another question is, we have always paid ALL our bills on time including the 2 auto loans ( XXXX and XXXX with XXXX XXXX ) that remains in our possession to date, why is it that our XXXX XXXX scores remains in the XXXX?
