Consumer Complaint: Urgent Complaint Regarding Potential Fraud by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX -, I hope this email finds you in good health and high spirits. I am reaching out to you today as a concerned consumer who has recently experienced distressing and potentially fraudulent behavior by XXXX XXXX XXXX executives and XXXX executives. Based on the information I have gathered through various correspondences with them, I believe it is necessary to file a complaint with the Arizona Fraud Squad and seek your assistance in addressing this matter. To provide you with some context, it has been over eight weeks since I have been facing a prolonged and unresolved issue with my XXXX XXXX XXXX, which is still under both the standard warranty and an extended warranty. Additionally, the vehicle has only accumulated XXXX miles. Despite numerous attempts to obtain answers and a resolution from both XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX, I have been met with silence and a lack of cooperation. The prolonged duration of this issue has caused significant financial stress on both me and my family. I have been without a vehicle for an extended period, which has resulted in severe disruptions to my daily life and work commitments. Additionally, I have incurred substantial expenses, amounting to hundreds of dollars, on alternative transportation methods such as XXXX. This financial burden has further exacerbated the already challenging situation I am facing. XXXX of the key concerns revolves around the unexplained depletion of approximately XXXX miles of XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) in my vehicle. I firmly believe that this depletion of XXXX was caused by previous work done on my vehicle 's fuel system, which was performed by XXXX XXXX XXXX. As a result of this depletion, my vehicle abruptly broke down, leaving me stranded on the side of the freeway. The subsequent cross-contamination in the fuel system has led to the ongoing issues I am experiencing with my XXXX XXXX. Despite my extensive research and repeated inquiries to XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX executives, I have not received any satisfactory explanations or assistance in determining the cause of this depletion and subsequent contamination. Moreover, it is disconcerting to note that there is no transparency or accountability from these executives in addressing this issue. Incredibly, both XXXX XXXX XXXX executives and XXXX executives are now denying my warranty claim and informing me that I will be responsible for covering the repair costs, which they estimate to be between {$15000.00} and {$20000.00}. The exorbitant amount they are demanding for the repair or potential replacement of the motor is both unjust and unreasonable on top of the fact I still owe {$59000.00}, especially considering the vehicle 's low mileage and the fact that it is still under warranty. Furthermore, it is worth noting that XXXX XXXX XXXX has a F rating on the XXXX XXXX XXXX, which further validates the questionable business practices and lack of customer satisfaction. This rating serves as an additional red flag and raises concerns about the credibility and integrity of the dealership. Given the gravity of the situation, the fact that my vehicle is still under warranty, including an extended XXXX warranty, and has only accumulated XXXX miles, and the complete lack of cooperation from both XXXX XXXX XXXX executives and XXXX executives, I strongly believe that it is imperative to escalate this matter to you for a thorough investigation into potential fraudulent activities and consumer protection violations. I kindly request your assistance in initiating this process and ensuring that the necessary actions are taken to hold these executives accountable for their actions. I was denied credit in order to attain XXXX Pickup Truck on this date, yet there remains an inquiry on my credit report, meaning that there was money transferred, or made with the use of my SSN ( credit card number ) & I have not benefited from this action, as I was denied the extension of my credit. This is a clear violation of 12 CFR 1002 ( Regulation B ) & considered credit discrimination. I am a creditworthy consumer & I can not be denied an extension of my own credit, much less by a business who intends to use my information for profit.

Consumer Complaint: During XXXX ( XXXX ), I had gotten a payment deferred. On my 2nd to last payment, I had a payment returned due to my bank having a fraud alert. I immediately paid the amount again, which was then XXXX days late. I got a XXXX day late remark on my credit report that they refuse to remove, saying it was XXXX days late. After checking my payment schedule and history and talking with a representative, it looks like the deferment was not applied correctly. They were going to remove the remark, but they continue to report it and claim it is accurate when disputing it with the credit reporting agency. The accuracy is also wrong, with multiple credit reports showing different months it was 'late ' as well as the loan being paid after it was paid off. This was the only 'late ' remark on any of my XXXX loans, as they are always paid on time, which makes me certain this was an error on their side. I was in communication with them throughout the XXXX issue, and was reassured that the deferment was in place with the additional payment moved to the end of the loan.
