Consumer Complaint: We financed a vehicle on XX/XX/2023 from XXXX XXXX in XXXX CO through Americredit/ GM Financial . Around approximately XXXX XXXX XXXX we were contacted by financial office with XXXX XXXXXXXX regarding some documents for the above listed bank. We had no communication with dealership or bank until XX/XX/2023. That was a phone call I received from the dealer that we were required to return the vehicle to their location as requested by the above bank. The reason or explanation we were given was that there was a discrepancy with the address on file. We did not hear from the bank directly regarding any issues. When we questioned the request and any paperwork to justify all we were offered were phone numbers to call or receive a phone call with further explanation. Despite this whole upsetting ordeal, we still werent provided with substantial information regarding their reasoning. We werent offered any money or payments put into car, not to mention vehicle licensing and registration. I would say after 5 months, there should be a little more of a logical explanation.
