Consumer Complaint: i lease a 2017 XXXX XXXX ; the lease time was up. I turn the car back in to GM Financials services as I was told to. They gave me papers showing that everything was alright and that I owed nothing. I recently received my credit report and noticed that GM Financial is stating that I owe {$2200.00}. When I turned the car back in I was given papers of inspection that everything was alright now they are stating that I owe {$2200.00}. This is wrong I do not owe them anything. This should be taken off of my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to request the immediate removal of the late payment entries from my credit report the are in violation of the fair credit reporting act specifically 15 U.S. Code 1681 a ( 2 ) a ( I ) According to the FCRA late payments should not be reported as negative information. This effects my creditwillingnss and ability to obtain favorable credit terms. I kindly request that you investigate this. Per FCRA, I expect acknowledgement of this law In accordance with the fair credit reporting act the creditor has violated my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 states that I have the right to privacy U.S.C 604 A section 2 also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1681A section 2 exclusions does not contain solely as a transaction or experiences. Experiences between consumer or person making report 15 U.S.C 1661A section I transactions are NOT included in the consumer report. I have filed a dispute with GM financial they refuse to remove it and I have talked to them multiple times, they are very hard to deal with and I want this negative remark removed

I've been having severe XXXX issues recently and it ended up with me being in 5 different XXXX, seeing XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX, many XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, etc. Suffice to say, it's been difficult and I'm currently waiting on my short term disability leave payment to arrive ( delays with the administrator XXXX ). I've slowly been recovering and am expected to return XX/XX/XXXX Complaint : I was 8 days late on my payment, and today with no warning ( no call, no text, no voicemail, no email, nothing ) GM Financial disabled my truck as I got home. I immediately paid online, but they don't have a way to reach humans after hours so I'll be without my truck until Monday in a time where it directly jeopardizes my life. They should've warned me, being without transportation unexpectedly could've caused me great harm, and trying to figure out what the issue was to begin with has made me feel physically sick ( I'm recovering from severe XXXX XXXXXXXX issues, not fun ).
