Consumer Complaint: I purchased a vehicle on XX/XX/23 from XXXX XXXX dealership, and was unsure who I needed to pay. I called The dealership to ask what's the name of finance company so I can let them know that I was experiencing financial hardship, due to an eviction that occured on XX/XX/23 which left me without access to my mailbox and my car registration got lost or stolen. I was told by multiple people that they didn't have me in their system and it doesn't show I purchased a car from them, I checked my informed delivery everyday looking for something from XXXX or the lender that would at least give me an idea about who the lender was. I currently live in a hotel and they came on XXXX and repossessed my vehicle. At that time I didn't know if it was stolen or repossessed. I finally found the lender on the contract by the signature page but it didn't have a name, phone number, account # or address. I called Americredit on XXXX to explain the situation and was not given an opportunity to speak, the representative was very nasty, and refused to work with me, he advised me that I have until XX/XX/23 to pay {$1500.00} for XXXX and XXXX, which includes repo and late fees, I ask him if he could put payments on back end of loan so I would have a fresh start and can recover from my hardship I experienced with eviction, he said no and hung up.

Consumer Complaint: I shave attempted to make payments on the loan but due to other bills the payments were returned. I spoke to a representative via chat and on the phone today and told them I sent a full payment via my bill pay on XXXX Wednesday and they should get it by Friday the representative stated ok she will note the account and hold it as it XXXX not post until Monday. That was todays conversation. I also told her I would send a partial payment on tomorrow as well. Not to long after I received an email from a GM rep named XXXX XXXX who is a collections supervisor ( attaching the email and I responded but as like the others the email states the email is not valid and they will not respond. I just need a week or XXXX to catch up on the loan and bring it due for XXXX Theyalways ok we will hold it but then send me threatening emails that I can not respond to XXXX with XXXX representative this week.

I sent them a letter requesting for investigation of those account mentioned, they took more than 30 days to complete and they stated that they have completed the investigation. However when I pull my recent report I don't see any changes made at all. They claimed that they verified the information but how come that it is verified when the date of last activity, date opened, date of last report. payment history and status are inaccurate? This is not right. I understand my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A which states that I have the right to privacy and 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A Section 2.

Red note said account not acceptable use different ACH account which I added then attempted again with same comment. I called GM XXXX XXXX department and they said to use debit card. XXXX weeks ago, our bank info through XXXX was hacked so we had to have new debit cards issued which i added to my profile today on GM website. I then made a payment of XXXX immediately on my phone a transaction from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX showed a withdrawal of XXXX. I did not error on this. This is on your end. I called GM XXXX department and the supervisor stated there was nothing he could do and that I would have to dispute through my bank. I have been with XXXX XXXX for XXXX years and then confirmed the investigation could take up to XXXX months. I HAVE A MORGAGE DUE XXXXAND CAN NOT PAY IT! and told your department this. Still no resolution telling me there's nothing that can be done. The truck is pending sale next week and not only have they taken the one payment but three! Then to top it off it has always taken 3-5 days to process payment. Today I tried to delete the payment and the system said in the middle of up dates. They actually processed the payment same day!! Never has that happens before. I work at XXXX XXXX and I am putting them on blast to every XXXX I know!! They took a payment that was not even due yet! XXXX!!

Consumer Complaint: I applied in XXXX for auto pay two GMC financial on my online app. I have done this several times with several leases. To my display, they never put in the auto pay. Their system mustve had a glitch because on my end, it said I was enrolled in auto pay so now they gave me two months of saying I did not pay I was aware at the time it was coming out of my checking account because I was enrolled in auto pay when I talk to the customer service in XXXX they told me I had to fill out a paperwork to do auto pay. This is completely untrue and the very next day miraculously my auto pay on my app was dignified. GM did not take responsibility for their mistake, and now my credit has gone down XXXX score this needs to be fixed ASAP and GM is to be responsible for their negligence.
