Consumer Complaint: I purchased a XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX it had 3 miles on the truck. So after flying from XXXX to XXXX to pick this Truck up. In which I had a {$75000.00} check in hand that process alone took 2 hours for no reason. This isnt my first time doing this and the process was supposed to take 30 mins or less. Stranded on the side of the road after being only 63 miles from the dealership I noticed the air was leaving the vehicle at a rapid pace. 27 to 25 to 20 to 18 then I pulled over and didnt see a nail in the tire. So I saw a sign for a gas station and barely made it there 18 to 10 to 8 to 2 and thank XXXX I was pulling into the gas station. So after taking the tire off I noticed the tire valve was extremely loose on this brand new XXXX XXXX yes a XXXX! I was upset and missed my XXXX appointment because of this inconvenience. The friendly XXXX rep XXXX wasnt very knowledgeable on the process of the check or how to keep a customer satisfied. I told her what happened and she didnt care. She said call road side ( in which they said a 2 hour wait ), which is why I changed the tire ( that was a struggle )! The truck has been in the shop for leaking trans fluid then oil 4 times. *** ( XXXX responded about hrs later with the roadside assistance gesture, they knew we were flying out there to pickup the vehicle & they still werent prepared, & friendly XXXX wasnt very friendly & communications were very different after the purchase was completed )!

Consumer Complaint: On Saturday, XX/XX/2023, I purchased a new XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Virginia. This was through GM Financial 's Spring into Adventure campaign, which offered low interest rate loans to purchasers of select new XXXX vehicles. I purchased the vehicle with a {$32000.00} loan over five years at a 2.9 % APR. On Thursday, XX/XX/2023, General Motors Safety and Field Action Decision Authority decided to conduct a recall on my vehicle. General Motors notified dealers on XX/XX/XXXX that the vehicle was recalled. Had I known at the time of purchase that GM had already approved my vehicle for recall, I would not have proceeded with the purchase. I am unhappy that GM Financial, General Motors, and XXXX offered this vehicle for sale, despite the General Motors Safety and Field Action Decision Authority having approved the vehicle for recall two days prior to my purchase. I feel this was deceptive and misleading advertising. I attempted to resolve this complaint directly with General Motors but was ignored ( XXXX and XXXX ).

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I entered into a lease agreement with GM Financial who at the time did not advise me of my right to opt out nor was I given any information with regard to the Truth in Lending Act, or any other rights I may have been afforded by law. From XXXX of XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX, I made approximately 14 payments amounting to {$6400.00}. It is my understanding that vehicle was charged off in XX/XX/XXXX. I never received and notice of repossession and when I called GM Financial regarding the status of the vehicle in XX/XX/XXXX. I was told that the XXXX XXXX XXXX had advised GM Financial not to return the vehicle. The XXXX XXXX XXXX 's advice has no bearing whatsoever over GM Financial nor any other corporation and confiscating minus a Judicial or court proceeding my property is a gross violation of my rights. Further, the vehicle was charged off in XX/XX/XXXX, again without notice to me and GM Financial has yet to communicate this information to me as well. GM Financial has violated my rights at every turn and had continued to contact me four years after the fact for payments. GM Financial has also report this adverse information on mt consumer report along with an allege debt of # XXXX.

This is unacceptable. I would like this account removed immediately from all credit bureaus. I also requested these documents and none have been sent to me.
