Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I woke up to my car missing. I called XXXX, and they told me it was repossessed. Billing Summary : Payment Amount : XXXX USD Payment Fees : + XXXX USD XXXX XXXX Payment Summary : Payment Amount : XXXX which includes a {$600.00} tow fee from XXXX, an hour away from my residency. I would also like to state that my car smelled like cigarettes after picking it up from the impound lot, and I had to get it detailed. After I was told that I missed the XXXX payment, and that the late fees incurred equaled total payments, not just late fees, I paid the XXXX bill in XXXX to catch up on one month. Every month was always paid since, and I have my bank statements to prove this. I was also told not to pay XXXX 's bill that was coming out of my account the very day that my car was repossessed. I have taken ownership of this automobile and have always paid the payment, whether a week late, but by the end of every month, except for the XXXX payment, which was paid a week later. I'm reaching out about my car being repossessed since claiming ownership in XXXX of XXXX. After starting my new job in XXXX of XXXX, my company pays twice a month. I started late in the weekly cycle and was not able to pay my bill on time until I was on a pay cycle. I automatically set payments to come out of my bank account and never knew about these late fees. I want to stress that since I've taken ownership of this automobile, I stress highly on making sure bills are paid.

This is the third time IPlease accept this final written OFFER OF SETTLEMENT BEFORE LITIGATION as my attempt to amicably resolve your continued violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act regarding your refusal to delete UNVERIFIED information from my consumer file. I intend to pursue litigation in accordance with the FCRA to seek relief and recover all monetary damages that I may be entitled to under Section 616 and Section 617 if the UNVERIFIED items listed below are not deleted immediately.
