Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX GM Financial created an unauthorized credit entry on my credit reports. After noticing the inquiry, I sent them a certified letter on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX requesting they remove this unauthorized inquiry. The company did not provide me with a document that I singed stating I gave them authorization to run my credit. They sent me a letter on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX stating another company gave them authorization and still did not provide me with a document bearing my signature or authorization. I sent GM another certified letter to give them another chance to have the inquiry removed on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I have not heard from them since. Todays date is XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I leased a XXXX XXXX XXXX at the end of that lease I turned it in to a XXXX dealership after buying a brand new car from XXXX. I did not receive a bill or statement to notify me of charges associated with the end of lease. I did receive numerous spam calls from people identifying as GM Financial whoever asked me for my social security number and said they couldn't help. I was alerted from my Credit Card Service that I had been reported 30 days late to the credit bureau ( still have not received a bill ). On XXXX XXXX I finally spoke to someone at GM Financial and was told they had sent a bill to my address but upon further investigation it was sent to the wrong address ( not the address associated with the address on my account ). The representative said she would send it to my updated address and remove the 30 day late mark on my account. As of XX/XX/XXXX, I still had not received a bill and had been reported 60 days late. I called to talk to a representative who said that even if i hadn't received a bill i was still 60 days late. I asked to speak to a supervisor and i was put on hold for over 10 minutes, only for the representative to tell me no supervisor is available and she will have them call me when available. I never received a call. During my lease of this vehicle, I signed up for paperless and received my statements on my account. I am not sure why the statement for the final bill has not shown up my account. I have asked for a paperless statement or email and have been told they couldn't do that. I have not received any sort of notification of the charges or statement just a total bill amount, and I'm not sure how my account can be reported as 60 days late when a bill was never received due to their logistics and error. GM Financial has made no acceptable effort to rectify the situation.

Consumer Complaint: I turned in a lease XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX. This was the first time in many years I did not release due to unavailability of vehicles nation wide. I was also unaware that I could have extended my lease due to Covid-19 till after I turned it in. I had purchased {$5000.00} additional wear and tear plus tire coverage for this vehicle at the start of this lease. At the end of XXXX I received a bill of a disposition fee ( {$390.00} ) with additional charges of excessive ( {$110.00} ) wear and tear and {$30.00} in taxes. My wife call GM and was told since we did not release, this is there fee, and to go to the dealership for the wear and tear charges. She spoke to a manager ( on XX/XX/XXXX ) that was not very helpful in her explanation and told her to call GM back to get a break down in charges since that was through a 3rd party. We were then able to access the pictures taken by this company. they charged me for the owners manual that was clearly in the pictures that they took and damage to the back diver side rim. GM agreed to take that charge off since they could also see the manual. I stated to GM that I also took pictures of the XXXX XXXX before turn back and there is clearly no damage to that rim. We also told GM of all the additional coverage that was purchased and that car. That was when we were notified of those policies are also 3rd party, a claim would need to be filed and to return to the dealership. My wife did with the bill from GM. They said they would look into it give them a week or two. Wife called back the dealership and no one knew what she was talking about. we had to start over with someone different. We had notified GM when they called us that this was in dispute and trying to get it resolved. We received 2 on star notices via email on XX/XX/20 that 1 or more tires were flat 8psi on 2 tires. On XXXX XXXX that dealership told me via email to contact the dealership that I originally purchased from. I did and we had to start all over with new people. still telling GM when they called it was still being worked on. I was told verbally not to worry they would take care of it all. On XXXX XXXX GM called our home and that was when they informed me that it still had not been handled. Since I had no bill from GM of the actual charges with the manual taken off, i requested a bill to be mailed to my home. That would be only the 2nd correspondence via mail from GM. I called the dealership right away. I was informed that the person working on it retired, they did not know what i was talking about but assured me he would work on it right away. However the holiday 's might make it take longer. I received the bill from GM after the first of the year XXXXand it was dated XXXX XXXX. It stated the account # here is the final bill and to contact them with any questions. This bill still had the owners manual charges on it. {$530.00}. With absolutely no communications via mail GM turned me over to collections on XXXX XXXX. I found out when I called my bank about a loan on XXXX XXXX. I have received nothing from GM regarding collections ever! This has ruined my credit for something that was covered by insurance! I am a XXXX XXXX that relies on good credit scores for loans! MY wife contacted GM on the XXXX XXXX. GM was not helpful nor knowledgeable in this situation and very condescending. I was never informed of this moving to collections in any communications manor or given the opportunity to fix this prior to collection activity. Gm informed my wife of the balance on this account during there conversation on XXXX XXXX. This account was paid in full on XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: My lease was up in XX/XX/2021, so in XXXX I contacted my dealership/salesman to start looking for a new vehicle to lease. Well, I was told that due to supply and demand, there were no XXXX vehicles available that I was looking for. We looked outside the area I lived, and still nothing within a XXXX mile radius. My salesman said due to supply & demand and XXXX having to shut down due to COVID, there was nothing he could do for me. Apparently, it was so bad, people were calling and paying with their debit card over the phone and putting down-payments on a vehicle they had never seen, just to ensure they get something. Either way, I looked for months, and I was just being told the same thing. No vehicles, nothing in my price range, and even to get another XXXX ( which they also didn't have ) my payment would double due to the supply and demand of the SUV 's. {$600.00} a month for a XXXX, that I didn't love, was not feasible for me. The end result was ME paying off the loan in FULL and having to go to a different dealership/auto maker, due to no fault of my own. And now XXXX is trying to charge me {$420.00} as a 'disposition fee ' for not leasing another XXXX vehicle! Why should I have to pay this fee, when the reason I couldn't get a vehicle was due to their shutdown and COVID? This is not my problem, and it's already listed on my credit report. I called them direct and was told they don't waive this fee as a courtesy? This isn't a courtesy. If I chose to not lease through XXXX, this would be another story. I also filed a complaint with the XXXX which, they apparently felt they didn't need to respond to.

Consumer Complaint: I bought two vehicles with two trade ins. This was at XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX. I bought a vehicle in my name on XX/XX/2020, and a vehicle in my fiancs and my name on XX/XX/XXXX. Any how I have been having many issues. Starting off with when i bought the second car my fiance told them i was gon na co sign and ended up pulling my credit without my permission. At the end of the day it was okay as i didnt mind co-signing. Then we went up there and bought a new car on the XXXX turns out the bank didnt approve the loan so we had to sign another contract the next day and im thinking this is okay, but they pulled our credit again for that. So we leave thinking everything is done its now XX/XX/2020. Well last Thursday they told me I had till XXXX to send them Insurance information or they will take back my truck that i bought on XX/XX/XXXX. So i give them the information and im like okay everything is done. Fast forward to this week Wednesday XX/XX/2020, they decided to pull my credit again without my permission because the loan they had for my truck did not go through. I called him yesterday as well saying why didnt they not call me to discuss any arrangements and that it is illegal to pull my credit without my consent and he said it isnt. I told him i dont want him to pull my credit and I froze my XXXX reports. Well today he decided to pull my credit again and I actually didnt know about this until after getting information to send this to you guys.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Texas XXXX Subject : Consumer Finance Complaint To whom it may concern : I am one unhappy customer and I am reaching out to you for a resolution of this important matter. I have briefly described what has happened and I am hoping for a comprehensive resolution from your government agency : I was very interested in the new XXXX models and I have a XXXX authorization code for special pricing. On XX/XX/XXXX I went to central XXXX XXXX XXXX. The salesman XXXX XXXX told me he has just landed this job after he was let go of his last job due to Covid-19. I truly felt for him and I wanted to help him out. I emailed him my XXXX authorization code and asked him for a XXXX pricing sheet. I trusted the salesman explained to him how XXXX is nostalgic to me, growing up my dad had a XXXX XXXX and how much I love to be part of a XXXX XXXX. I have a leased XXXX and also asked him if they could take care of the lease I currently have. When he took me to the finance managers room ( XXXX XXXX ) she told me that her boyfriend is from the same country of origin that I am. she talked about the food, traveling, her ex husband, her XXXX mother and father, her current residence, their recent XXXX vacation, her fake degree, her bf refuse to propose to her but every guy loves her, how she doesn't like American car, her annoying bf 's mom and her troubles when she stays with them at their XXXX XXXX residence penthouse. I felt really bad for her. she even made a video call to one of her guy friends that she thought would be a suitable for me! she showed me bunch of pictures and gave me a history of her job and promotions and how she is so great with finances. everything about her and her life but nothing about the contract not even a single word. I wasn't sure what was going on and I felt that I was trapped in that location and I need to sign just to be able to get out! the only thing she gave me was my credit score that she circled and handed me along the contract, an execution style! XXXX told me I have to take the car home. I was quiet shocked to me it was strange. I told him I can't and your office is closed. there was not even a second key. he drove the car to my apartment and I had to drive him back to dealership. he asked me to go and have a drink with him which I declined. When I came home I started looking at the papers. After intensive hours of aggressive negotiations I was left with a completely deceptive contract. The items were added that were never explained or agreed on and there was no XXXX pricing. I was extremely disappointed. I used the signature that I don't typically use in fact I haven't used in 12 years. I was in different state of mind and they totally deceived me. Dealership was closed on Sunday XX/XX/XXXX. Monday I faced a serious hardships with my finances Due to Covid-19 and I could no longer handle the lease. I returned the car on Monday XX/XX/XXXX night around XXXX XXXX and the security guy told me the manager is still inside the building so come on in and explain your hardship. He went to the small room next to staircases and told me to come in. I immediately noticed theres something wrong and called my friend to come to the dealership. I went inside the car and called XXXX. He locked himself inside the building. After about 15 min he came out and asked me to open the car. It was terrifying. I was still waiting for my friends arrival. As soon as my friend arrived I left the key on the car and left the parking lot. Couple of minutes later the security guy left in a XXXX XXXX and took the key. I have no idea why he asked me inside the building? sexual harassment. Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX, I called GM XXXX and told them about the situation and they told me they would help me. The salesman XXXX XXXX and the finance manager XXXX XXXX called me. I asked to speak with XXXX and XXXX said XXXX works for her. She said everyone works for her and According to the contract I am responsible for the car payment .She said she is not working for XXXX . She was extremely rude and she was very proud of her deceptive contract. Meanwhile I had already spoke with the corporate and raised concern. At night I noticed that I have left the garage door opener in the Cadillac that I returned on Monday and requested to have an officer to escort me .The dealership realized that and they decided to park the parking in my spot. They entered my gated apartment without my permission and parked the car there. XXXX sent a picture of the XXXX parked in my spot. I called GM XXXX on Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX morning and they told me that they rejected the loan. I have an excellent credit score and they were trying to help me. The car sat in my garage for 2 days while I was calling the dealership for 2 days and never heard back from their manager .On XX/XX/XXXX I called GM XXXX and they told me take the car to the dealership and since you have the approval go to another dealership, I returned the car and the keys. I was traumatized by the whole experience and needed time to rest my head and take my time to heal from this whole situation. Such a horrible experience. Deceptive trade, sexual harassment, I have nothing to do with that dealership. on XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from XXXX XXXX manager for a very first time he was very rude and aggressive and he told me that I need to take the car and my loan is approved. It was a true nightmare. they ruined my XXXX. why did GM told me to return the car and now they are telling me that I have to accept that deceptive deal and deal with that dangerous location with those unethical staff? I am a member of non profit organization XXXX XXXX XXXX and they have XXXX XXXX on their front cover. I decided to end this drama and visited them on XX/XX/XXXX. I met with XXXX XXXX and got the same XXXX even with more options and heated seat for {$13000.00}. He spoke to his manager about my XXXX and XXXX and they give me a 36 months deal for over $ XXXX less. The only problem was I had to call GM XXXX to cancel that first loan. I called GM XXXX and they told me I will receive a call from Ms. XXXX XXXX on Monday XX/XX/XXXX. I never received any phone call and after hours of waiting I was connected to XXXX who claimed he was a manager. He was a bully and I was extremely disappointed but I didn't give up and everyone told me that GM is a great company and it will help me so I called again on Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with another manager and he said he will raise this issue to the higher management and there will be a solution. After numerous calls Finally I had a call from a corporate and told me to go back to the dealership and they have a resolution. the GM XXXX XXXX never answered any of my calls. I got 2 automatic email congratulating me on the new car and gave me $! XXXX rebate and free tire rotation. They absolutely a bully. I am reaching out to you through this email and I am kindly asking you to find a solution. There are ethic issues with the way the contract was handled. All I wanted was a new car, If they would practice honesty, good service, respect I would have been a satisfied customer. I hope to hear back from you soon. Kindest Regards, XXXX XXXX XXXX
