To my knowledge, I have not signed any documents authorizing your organization to view my credit history therefore, your inquiry into my credit report violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 1681b ( c ) : Transactions Not Initiated by Consumer.

Consumer Complaint: On Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX I was notified by my credit monitoring service that there was a change to my credit report. When I looked the message read, " you have one new 30 day late payment ''. I was puzzled because I work very hard to maintain a high score and payment history. After looking deeper into the report I noticed that GM FINANCIAL is the company reporting the late payment on the lease that I traded in to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I have made every single payment on time and sometimes early. I called in to speak to GM FINANCIAL customer service on XX/XX/XXXX & XXXX to clear up this matter. I was told that there was a letter sent to my home but I never received a letter. When I spoke to the rep.I was met with hostility and sarcasm on the XXXX. On the XX/XX/XXXX I called back to see if someone else can help, I spoke to the rep named XXXX and then to a supervisor named XXXX # XXXX and I was stonewalled by them both. They told me and I quote " we called and received no answer and we didn't leave a message, but on the XXXX someone picked up and hung up the phone '' They called my wife 's phone but never called my phone and I am the primary contact information. They admitted to me that they only called her phone on that day. That sounds like predatory, unfair practices on there part. If the loan is under my name and they don't call me that is not fair and again, I did not receive a letter from them. If they wanted me to receive such an important letter why wouldn't they send it certified mail. I am disappointed and frustrated with the entire situation and am requesting your help.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2018 I XXXX XXXX entered into a consumer credit Transaction with GM FINANCIAL. Money was taken from me as a down payment in a consumer credit transaction in which a finance charge was involved. Pursuant to 15 USC 1605 The amount of the finance charge in connection with any consumer credit transaction shall be determined as the sum of all charges. The finance charge does not include charges of a type payable in a comparable cash transaction. GM FINANCIAL also didnt include my insurance in the finance charge which is supposed to be included. These are all violations of my federally protected consumers rights. Pursuant to 15 USC 1635 GM FINANCIAL did not include my right to rescission which theyre obligated to do since a security interest was given by me, nor did they inform me that I had 30 days to dispute the validity of the alleged debt pursuant to 15 USC 1692g ( 3 ). More violations of my federally protected consumer rights.

Consumer Complaint: I have a serious issue with AMERICREDIT/GM FINANCIAL. Account information : Account # XXXX, Date opened : XX/XX/XXXX, original balance {$4100.00}. GM failed to provide notice of outstanding lease amount, I pre-paid entire lease in XX/XX/XXXX, turned vehicle in to dealer in XXXX, and gave the dealer my updated address. No notices were sent and 6 months later I find a charge-off on my credit without any calls or emails sent to me. GM told me to pay and this wont affect my credit. I paid right away and yet the account still shows on my report. GM Financial is also reporting inconsistently across the 3 bureaus and they failed to provide me with notice of adverse information insertion as required by the California Civil Code. MY DEMAND IS THE DELETION OF CHARGE-OFF FROM ALL 3 CREDIT BUREAUS, FOR BOTH MINE AND MY PARTNER XXXX XXXX. I have been through a lot with this problem and I deserve a fair solution. This issue is affecting me emotionally and financially. Please send the attachment to the company. Thank you.
