The APR continues being the same but the person in charge will not get back to me. The payments continue and the card continues being open but not available for use. How can the payment not be lower when I am not on a payment plan, the card is open and the balance has been lowered. I hope this gets rectified. In addition they have also not rectified previous problems with the credit bureaus.

I have reached out to discover bank and the credit bureaus to have a proper investigation done under 15 USC 1681. I have the right to an accurate and fair consumer report and a fair and correct investigation. You Discover Bank have to provide me with the proper documentation and that has not been done. Other than the fact that the reporting agencies are paying you what other information is causing you to side with them? Please provide me with all of the documents that prove I was late on this account. Furthermore you have been violating my privacy and did not disclose all of my rights. I was not given proper disclosure telling me I was allowed to opt out of disclosing my non public personal information. My transactions are non public personal information. You are in violation of 15 USC 6802 & 15 USC 1681 A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party. I was never given proper disclosure.

I got the confirmation through email that the payment was received.But after receiving the amount, the card was closed without my consent.When I asked what the reason was for the closure they are citing to an older email sent on XX/XX/XXXX which never stated the reason for the closure. This has caused a lot of inconvenience to me in terms of payment of bills and financial planning for my expenses.I have been using their account for more than 5 years now. Under 15 USC 1666b a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under a consumer plan as late for any purposes.

They just said that they delivered the device without my signature. I contacted with the visible company and they asked me to uploaded the police report and I have uploaded the report and they denied to refund with no reason. They even deleted my account with no reason. I tried to talk to them and they did not seem to want to solve this problem and just cheat themoney!! I was so angry with this kind of company! I tried to claim on XXXX and XXXX told me that visible has already claimed from them. So visible claimed the lost iphone from XXXX and they did not refund me? What are they doing??? And also discover told me that they received a tracking number showing full proof of delivery to the shipping address, this shows the merchant has fulfilled their obligation to get the product to you. They did not consider the police report and other document. I was so angry about what they are doing!! They asked me to upload the document but did not consider at all.

Consumer Complaint: Within the last year several of my credit card companies have assessed late fees & interest to my accounts.This is due to the fact that I did not receive the prior months printed statement.I receive paper statements for all my credit cards & pay the total amount owed each month.When I notify the credit card companies that I did not receive the previous month 's statement of this they tell me they can not remove these charges because I could have accessed the statement online.I do not want online statements & the card companies are constantly reminding me that I can switch & go paperless.I think they are now trying to force the issue by periodically not mailing a statement & assessing & trying to collect fees for non payment

Today they responsed to a dispute and willfully without regard to my right to due process, they provided fictitious informaron to the governor and I am reporting them to the XXXX XXXX United States XXXX office tomorrow. They responded that dispute XXXX is a duplicate of XXXX when clearly it is not a duplicate. These XXXX at DiscoverCard has also reported to my credit file that I made payments when I did not make any, and they tried to get a collection agency that masks themselves as a attorney to collect over {$1000.00} more than they say i owe. I demand an investigation and I demand for a response to these allegations. Im not gon na let this go XXXX XXXX up there in DiscoverCard nobody will anything about it but I have a voice too and Im going public on you and your creepy ambulance chasing company. You broke the law and justice will be served. Wait for it.
