Consumer Complaint: In XXXX i to XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX to buy a car and i was financed bye credit acceptance and they financed me for a car for {$9900.00}. and they financed me for {$21.00} XXXX total and when i bought the car a had to pay to get the car registered so i had to give XXXX an extra {$500.00} for the registration so i did and she said she would send it to the dmv i waited 6 months and then i called her about the registration because i never heard nothing and i called her about it and she said that she had sent it in and that i should of recieved it already but i didnt so i waited 6 more months and nothing so i called her again and asked her if i could just pick up the {$500.00} dollars and i would go to the dmv my self she said she didnt have it that she had already sent it in but i never recieved it so i went to the dmv and XXXXhey dmv said there was no paper work sent in for that car and nothing under my name so i called XXXX at XXXX XXXX and she was not in that day so i waited a week then i went down there again and she said she did not have the money i told her that the dmv did not get the money i needed the money to register my car i did not have another {$500.00} to pay again so i had to wait until the dmv got the money well they never did and on XX/XX/XXXX i had got stopped bye a [ police officer from XXXX XXXX police station and he said the reason bye he pulled me over because of my registration was exspired for 2 years i asked him when did it exspire he said in XXXX i told him that when i bought the car that the tag where XXXX tags on it so he took my car because of the registration so i went home and called the finance company and told them what happen and they told me they would get me the registration for my car and i told them that when i bought my car that i had payed the {$500.00} for the registration but i never recieved it and they said for me to call them back tommorow they where going to call family auto and i did they ended up calling me and they told me there was nothing they could do well i went down to the dmv and talked to the dmv and they told me that the car was not registered sense XXXX so the tags that where on my car was fraugalent so its a breach of contact and there is nothing they want to do to take care of this problem i told them that im not going to pay for that car because there is fraud

Consumer Complaint: The Car was totaled, insurance company paid 95 % of the loan. Resting amount since i had no gap was XXXX. I made a payment plan to pay off at XXXX per month. So it would give me time to atlease save for another vehicle. For my understanding the payment plan is to pay off past or future due amounts in payments. ( Witch i think is accurate ) and they agreed. XXXX payments have been made. But the company after 1 months still decided to mark my credit as DELINQUENT for the pass due amount. My credit score when down XXXX points. Is this Legal?? If i made the payment plan why would they still send me to credit??? I want to report this company as a misleading and a Scam. They do not help out with credit at all.

Consumer Complaint: My payment plans have been changed numerous of times on my behalf however by the payment management plan has been changed the monthly balance still applied each month in which it have been giving me late balances on my payment which I have being trying to catch up. I was told that Im not paying enough towards the balance which I dont understand. Im paying XXXX bi-weekly and the XXXX is still being added towards the account. Some part of the balance was payments where being made and the monthly payment is still being added. Consumer Complaint: The vehicle was repossessed shortly after I got the vehicle, a debt collector company sent me a letter from the court saying that they are garnishing my wages and it will cause me extreme hardship if they garnish my wages as my household is low income, I believe credit acceptance knew that I was not gon na be able to keep up with the payments for the vehicle but still managed to get the loan approved some way some how which I didn't think I would be approved at the time they kept calling and saying they would help me get into the vehicle just to leave it up to them which was surprising to me but I was in desperate need of the car at the time to commute to work bc I was spending to much to have a taxi to get to work
