Consumer Complaint: Well pretty much me and my co owner got a vehicle about almost six years ago we had nothing but problems with the vehicle we couldnt afford to make payments and pay for repairs we broke give the vehicle back to credit acceptance voluntarily and they put it on our credit report. They kept putting late fees and balance increase on our credit reports. Last month I got an email stating that they closed my account out and now the are suing me which is crazy because they are being sued by the state of New York they have been nothing but a headache I am a single mom of XXXX low income and taking care of my XXXX mother .This is said I cant afford to pay the balance off even though they sold the vehicle and I cant afford court this is really stressful please help me thank u
