Consumer Complaint: I submitted a FTC report XXXX, ( XX/XX/2023 and XX/XX/2023 ) to all XXXX credit bureaus for a fraudulent account. XXXX did their investigation and found that the account was indeed fraudulent and removed it from my report. I submitted their findings to XXXX and XXXX, but they have yet to remove it and the only response that I received was that they would be investigating. That has been over XXXX days now.

Consumer Complaint: We purchased a vehicle from XXXX XXXX in XXXX, NY XX/XX/2021. Due to poor credit, we were only able to get an auto loan from Credit Acceptance. The finance person stated we had to have the warranty plan with this funder. When signing the contract, he said that although it says optional we were required because the credit score we had. We could barely afford the monthly payment we were given and would have never chosen a warranty if it was optional. We were lied to by the finance person at this dealership. Our interest rate was 22.99 % and the cost of the vehicle was XXXX. Our finance charge was XXXX which seems high and inaccurate.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I entered into a loan agreement with Credit Acceptance financing for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. One week of having the car the battery went bad causing the key fob to malfunction. At first they didnt want to do anything about it but they gave me a battery. One week later the cars gas needle stops working and the car is having hard shifts as if the transmission is slipping. As I take a closer look at the car I can clearly see its been wrecked on the passenger back side.
