Consumer Complaint: credit acceptance sent me on XX/XX/XXXX a copy of " original contract '' i reviewed documents and their are discrepancies. this is not the original contract that was signed. The spelling of the last name on XXXX copy of contract for XXXX XXXX is spelled XXXX, which he never signed nor agree to misspelling of the name. Also on payment history information on XX/XX/2019 it states finance charge rebate of XXXX which was looks like applied to balance XXXX which was not relayed to us during insurance settlement. or never refunded to us. i requested ORGINAL CONTRACT. never received it. this account is showing open because this company is fraudulently trying to get interest and finance charges on a vehicle that was total loss and also was only valued at XXXX the copy of the contract they sent is not the original signed contract. this company is blatantly committing fraud by overcharging consumers with not so perfect credit and also XXXX XXXX in low proverty areas to get them into these loans without being able to get out of a falsified contract. i want the original contract that was signed. i want all the documents showing proof of income, proof of id and licenses, proof of insurance documents that was submitted at the time of purchase and any other signed documents submitted by me and XXXX XXXX and what the salesperson put in the contract. this contract is legal binding any falsified information will be submitted to my attorney for lawsuit

As of XX/XX/XXXX balance increased to {$14000.00} to allow the loan to remain as a open status on all three credit reporting agencies reports. Once a loan reports as a charge-off in sold to a third party lender, it can not report as ( open ) on any report. This account has been issued to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, DE XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card was not open by myself, they continue to report to all three credit reporting agencies and their affiliates inaccurate information, fraudulent company names to each reporting agencies. They are listed as : - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX each company uses the same account loan #, but with different open dates balance of {$440.00}. FCRA promotes the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of information in the files. Under these laws as a consumer all my rights was violated.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I financed a used XXXX XXXX rogue for XXXX with a monthly payment of XXXX plus car insurance XXXX was on time with the car insurance and my car note .when the pandemic came about my hours at work were shorter so I applied for liability until I I get a better job or more hours.Soon after my car was hit so I had to pay out of pocket insurance .About a year later my car got stolen.I did the right paperwork and followed every step.About 6 months later I received a letter from the finance company.I was told to pay a percentage because the car wasnt recovered.I gave up but I was still tryna pay them so I started paying atleast half and what I could. About XXXX later I was watching the news and seen my car amongst other ghost cars that was hidden and took by XXXX XXXX I called XXXX told them everything and was told my car not there. Immediately I called the finance company and I told them and they told me I still have to pay.I believe they recovered the car and still trying to make me overpay for their car I barely had. I asked to gps the vehicle they told me they took it off a year before I brought it. They were no help and rude. Lastly my car was repossessed before and I found it there when they lied and said it wasnt.

Consumer Complaint: Credit Acceptance XXXX XXXX XXXX is inaccurately reporting on my credit report 30 day late in XXXX and then a 60 day late in XXXX and a 30 day late again. When this car was stolen and it was paid out by the insurance in XXXX of 2021. I was then informed in XXXX of 2021 that there was an outstanding balance due to fees and charges that I needed to make payments on which I did. Now they are telling me that those were back payments and that they have reported them as late on my credit when the Cares Act I thought prohibited them from doing so but also they never notified me of this.. The loan is paid off and has been for quite some time and they never even notified me that I was late because of their junk fees and charges when I was told by my insurance company that they paid off the loan.
