I have tried to file a dispute with XXXX about these fradulent inquiry but I never heard any thing back and I want them to be removed. I also see a couple of item that was removed show back up on my credit report and thats not right and I will like those to be removed because those are also fradulent those account are 1. XXXX XXXX 2. XXXX XXXX 3. XXXX XXXX XXXX And XXXX XXXX was removed and show back up on my credit report Im taking action and my own hand because inaccurate information is on my credit

Consumer Complaint: I gave this car back XXXX XXXX. Credit acceptance was suppose to pick up car. They left the car, which they were suppose to pick up to sell them collect what is remaining. The whole 2019 they have not reported or tried to collect. They also never sent me any notification that they did not try to sell the car. The first time I tried to dispute they added late payments to my credit report which show currently nothing is due. They also took me to court and when I let the lawyer know they did not follow protocol they dropped the case.

Consumer Complaint: Credit Acceptance XXXX XX/XX/2020 To whom it may concern : I have a car loan through XXXXredit Acceptance. My payment is {$400.00} a month. I made payments until Covid hit and missed a couple payments. They would not work with you during the global pandemic. They reported it to the credit bureau and totally destroyed my credit that i was rebuilding. Once we were able to I started making extra payments a month. I was caugh up in one month. When i called to question why my principal did not go down by the amount of the double payment. I was told we dont do that. It is redicilous. I was also forced to purchase an extended warranty for the car. Our mechanic had called a few times to get something approved and it is always a no. That was something I was told was supposed to be covered. Nothing was ever covered. I would like the extended warranty money refunded, from when i bought the car, plus interest and have that applied to the loan. I would like to have the extra money that i paid applied to the principal. I would then like a final payoff. The reality of the situation is that I have already paid the car off. Consumer Complaint: I was missed lead about the whole loan situation with the carBefore the the purchase of the car I told the owner that I did not like that car and he proceeded to tell me just drive the car for a couple of days and we can trade it back in The owner was so XXXX on me getting this particular car he forge the other Cosigner her name on the paperwork I told him numerous of times I did not like the car so when I finally got in the car and drove it under the pretense that I wasnt going to be keeping this car for long the transmission was slipping He told me to wait till they get the settlement from credit acceptance and then I can get another car Me not knowing what kind of damage it would be doing to me more than helping So I took the car back to them he told me To state a wreck that one of his family members was going to drive the car and he was going to put the insurance on it and to stage the Wrecked so he could put me in the car that I wanted So he proceeded to stage the situation and he Got one of his family members to wrecked The car So he never told me anything else after that he put me in another car two days later And after two years from that I found out that he went to prison for fraud just like this and hes still in there

Consumer Complaint: I have filed a complaint on numerous occasions against credit acceptance with XXXX. The account shows to be opened and credit acceptance is reporting the account is missing payments every month but the vehicle was voluntarily surrendered by me and sold by credit acceptance in XXXX of this year. XXXX from the complaint department has been handling my complaint. She is very unprofessional, not knowledgeable at all and refused to get me a supervisor when I demanded one several times on more than one day. Everytime I call credit acceptance they route me to XXXX and its unbelievable that someone so incompetent of their job is handling my complaint in the first place when I have asked for supervisors who are more knowledgeable of this situation. I no longer have the vehicle it was sold in XXXX the account is suppose to report CLOSED due to voluntary repossession. XXXX stated that there is nothing that they can do and to contact XXXX. XXXX stated that I have to contact credit acceptance. No one is helping me. This is my 2nd complaint.

This company has since forwarded the payments over to Credit Acceptance last month. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX I still have not received a {$0.00} balance letter from Credit Acceptance. I have called and placed verbal authorized twice now for the three credit bureaus to call and verify the balance. XXXX calls and gets a {$0.00} balance. XXXX calls and speaks to a XXXX and gets a no the balance isn't updated and the file is with their legal team. XXXX speaks to a XXXX and she says no authorization has been placed. Again I've placed specific authorization with specific names from each bureau that will be calling TWICE. I want my {$0.00} balance/ settled letter as this was a ton of money I paid out to settle this account. I am being told that home new home closing set for XX/XX/XXXX will now be delayed due to this and that I may have to switch to another home! Again I paid this out on XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX. This is ample enough time for me to get an updated letter from Credit Acceptance.

Consumer Complaint: I am formally making a written complaint against Credit Acceptance Corp. I recently reviewed my credit report and noted where the balance is incorrect. This account is currently in collections and has not recieved a payment from me personally since XX/XX/XXXX. I have not spoken with anyone or agreed to settle or make any type of payment or arrangement. Under law only a certain amount of intrest can be added to a collections account. Credit Acceptance has been adding interest to this account since XX/XX/XXXX. Again I have not physically spoke with anyone or agreed to any payment arrangement. Per my credit report {$88.00} was recently added to the balance on XX/XX/XXXX. Projecting as if I made a payment bringing the account current. The account has not been current since XXXX. This account is 7 years and the last payment was made again in XXXX. This is fraud and forgery.
