Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Account status incorrect
Consumer Complaint: I hate to be revisiting this issue but this a huge problem on your end that needs to be rendered immediately. You are reporting inaccurate information on my credit report. You are reporting late payments from XX/XX/2020 to XX/XX/2020. Not only did you not notify me of the late payment and the delinquency on my report which is required by LAW. You are also reporting inaccurate information which is a violation of 15 USC 1692 d ( 1 ) and a defamation of character. I have been making on time payments and this account needs to be updated to paid on time immediately or further action will have be taken.
