I have been given the runaround and after some research I am here to get what is owed to me. No documents of any kind can show that I am responsible for listed accounts. No validation can be made unless validated by me can put the responsibility of listed accounts on me. There is obvious a mix up with another person claiming to be me and I will not clear up anything that I did not give authorization to have my name.

Consumer Complaint: I have new and updated information regarding a complaint that I previously made. I sent CREDIT ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION a cease and desist and it was received on there end on XX/XX/22. I also followed up with an affidavit of truth on XX/XX/22 and it has yet to be rebutted line from line which stands TRUTH by law. I recently received another statement on XX/XX/22 from credit acceptance after I demanded to cease and desist which is a violation. I did not give consent for credit acceptance to contact me which is causing me personal damages. My initial letter for request of validation was sent and received by credit acceptance on XX/XX/XXXX, and there response was beyond the 30days that was given which has prolonged this. I am the original creditor which puts there company in federal violations.

Consumer Complaint: The car was totaled in an accident back in XXXX. Credit acceptance was notified and they came out and saw the vehicle. The tow yard told me this NOT credit acceptance. This is my second complaint against them because they are still calling everyday! Sometimes 2 times a day I thought that when an investigation was going on they were not supposed to be calling? I am tired of credit acceptance calling. I can not pay them. I get XXXX a month! That is to pay my rent and eat and everything else. They want XXXX. So I cant pay them and eat too. I am beside my self here. I am about to be homeless. I have bigger things to worry about than if freakin credit acceptance gets paid right now. They didnt want the car back to try to obtain whatever Value they could from it. They left it at the tow yard. The 3 places I went to get a car loan was able to PRINT A SETTLEMENT LETTER OUT WITH MY CREDIT REPORT. Per the law this is harassment/offensive and embarrassing. Thats XXXX grand right there. They took a XXXX down payment from me. That is also illegal per the USC code. They have not recorded any of the payments I made correctly on my consumer report. They can see me in court where I will win. Considering XXXX other states are suing them for the obscene interest rates. They are collecting interest while trying to collect a Debt! You can not keep an open account while trying to settle your debt! This is illegal! I want this stopped! Every phone I have received is XXXX. So I will be counting up my paycheck from credit acceptance since they want to violate laws and think consumers have no rights. We are not so stupid after all! We have a community of us that are no longer afraid to stop this garbage!

Org. loan of XXXX $ XXXX $ or more @ XXXX $ mo.for XXXX. They repossessed the vehicle without any prior knowledge or attempts to reach me in XXXX of XXXXPandemic, in spite of multiple calls letting them know that we were experiencing financial issues. Previous payments had been made unlike they have falsely reported Since XXXX they have either not reported or incorrectly reported payments made on the loan to the XXXX credit bureaus. At one point there had been two account # s. connected to my account on their portal. After paying on this loan for XXXX & XXXX mos. they are reporting that $ XXXX is still owed & $ XXXX Is past due. Every mo they charge a late fee no matter when its paid, and even after payments of XXXX $ over XXXX $ that is required. I have tried to contact the dealership where it was purchased but they have never returned my calls. In desperate need of clarification on the limitations of interest charges, payments and the right to repossess a vehicle after incorrect /invalid information has been reported. The vehicle was sold with a major airbag recall that has since cost me over XXXX $ out of pocket expenses that I was given XXXX $ in reimbursement. Currently there is another recall for the same issue that is just as dangerous and the issue is not being resolved in a timely manner either. Stuck making outlandish payments for a vehicle that is XXXX old!!!

Consumer Complaint: On numerous occasions Credit Acceptance has used abusive, false and misleading collections practices, all in an effort to bully me into paying a debt I dont owe. Theyve refused verification of debt acknowledgment 's according to 15 USC 1692g. The process only verifies that Im the original creditor. Theyve slandered my name and posted negative information to my consumer report, which is a direct violation of 15 USC 1666b and 1666a. Recently they tried to repossess my vehicle and force me to renter into the same alleged contract which contains blatant violations of TILA, FDCPA, FCRA and empty disclosure 's in an attempt to harm me financially the consumer/natural person. The most recent violation are Harassment and Abuse 15 USC 1692d ( 1 ) ( 2 ) ( 3 ) ( 5 ) 15 USC 1692f ( 5 ) ( 6 ) Unfair Practices all violation to federal consumer debt collections laws.
