Consumer Complaint: Per the Fdcpa law section 809 validation of debt, I have no knowledge of the is debt or account, I contacted the creditor and CFPB for the Creditor to provide proof. Under the law, the creditor has 30 days to validate or it has to be removed. I have heard nothing in 60 days of proof. I'm asking this account be removed from my credit report or I will be forced to contact the attorney general office of this illegal account and pursue this legally.

Consumer Complaint: I took a auto loan with credit acceptance my Vechile was stolen and my insurance paid majority of the loan I had gap insurance which they claim I was missing a payment so the gap only paid partial of the remaining balance. I believe this was rigged and somehow wrong however credit acceptance never contacted me on the balance. And in XXXX a month after the gap insurance paid. Credit acceptance reported approximately {$900.00} On my credit report. I believe this was a form of harassment because they did not get make money off me with a complete loan term. However after contacting credit acceptance I agreed to settle with the amount of XXXX I paid this and they then reported I was still late on XX/XX/2022. Which I paid before this date. After they reported this amount they reported flagged my credit report 60 days past due even though I settled. This was a means of harassment. I will be filing a million dollar lawsuit against them. But I must fill these channels. Credit acceptance uses peoples credit reporting as means of and forms of harassment and bullying this is wrong and credit acceptance should be held accountable

Consumer Complaint: I also told them they knew i was unemployed at the time and should never have given me a payment like that. I called them and explained I was XXXX and on ssdi. That I was not making much money and the payment was too high. That was the first conversation and then the car was repo 'd. my father who has since passed away from XXXX took care of the payment to get it back. Because he knew I was working on trying to find a way to fix my credit or get the loan down. I hired a credit agency because at that time I was hoping to find a way to buy a small home much cheaper then my XXXX rent. I told her I had called and begged them to take the negatives off since I was caught up. she told me to get another job. ok I'm XXXX I can't. then I hired a credit repair place I told her my issue XXXX the car payments and told her they don't care they won't help she said they would. did I explain about my surgeries I said yes they don't care. she called them and said your right I am so sorry they don't care at all.

Consumer Complaint: Purchased a car from a dealership in 2015. I voluntary surrendered the car because I was sold a lemon ( a bad car ). It started having problems immediately after purchase. The car dealership has since closed down ( no longer in service ). I can not speak to someone at the dealership about this. However, the loan was with the company XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX will not remove the file off my credit report. I have spoken to someone from XXXX XXXX a few months ago and offered to settle the debt if they delete the file from my credit report. XXXX XXXX refused the offer. They also mentioned that the car was sold at auction. I do not feel I should be responsible for the car loan anymore. Because the credit company ( XXXX XXXX ), sold the car at auction, and because the dealership where the car was purchased has since shut down, and because XXXX XXXX refused a settlement on a car that had bad mechanical issues and on something that they resold. I have had this following me on my credit report since 2015. And have attempted various methods to get the company to remove the debt.

There was a covid-19 impact reporting freeze place on my account that I did not authorize and done with out my permission. Also There was a late payment on XX/XX/XXXX. That was incorrectly reported the payment was not late. Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of 2019 I purchased a car with a loan from Credit Acceptance. I was only XXXX XXXX XXXX at the time with no credit history, and was unaware of how terrible this loan was. I was denied the opportunity to take out a smaller loan for a cheaper car. They only gave me the option for a {$14000.00} purchase with a 22.99 % interest rate, and me being young with no one to help me figure out that this wasn't right took it anyways I was not told that they do not allow refinancing through their company and have no payment deferral options if I were to need it in the future. So I now am XXXX already payed around {$13000.00} on this car that I never asked for, still owe {$14000.00} going through a rough patch, have almost no choice but to just accept that I'll still have to pay them for nothing as well as have no reliable transportation to work. What company honestly thinks that a XXXX XXXX XXXX kid working fast food in the XXXX can afford to make a {$410.00} per month payment. Based on the history of company it would seem that I'm not the first or last person that they will take advantage of just to make money.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX I was in a horrible accident and my car was completely totaled. Since then my car insurance paid off their portion of the amount. Also working with XXXX insurance to pay the amount of the car off. Since than credit acceptance has continued to charge me the full monthly payment of XXXX $ for the past year. This includes hurting my credit score for over a year charging me for a car and a loan that should have been closed last year. I now have over a {$14000.00} balance. Ive tried to reach out to the company and have filed multiple complaints and havent heard back and I still continue to get charged.
