XXXX A Cease and Desist Notice was sent to Credit Acceptance with a request to validate the alleged debt by proving an audit trail of everything they have as a debt collector to prove that I owe the alleged debt. XXXX The Notice was received by Credit Acceptance . Please see the attachment. Also, a representative of Credit Acceptance by the name of XXXX XXXX that holds the tile of Compliance Analyst reached out to me via phone and email, asking to give her a call, which is a violation of 15 USC 1692c ( 1 ) ( 2 ) ( 3 ). I demand for collection activities to Cease and Desist, as well as communication via phone or email.

Consumer Complaint: I have a loan with CREDITACPT with the account number XXXX. I have always made my payments on time yet there was a 120-180 days late stating in the payment history. Another thing, this was an illegal repossession followed by illegally reporting on my credit report ; this should have been investigated and corrected immediately. I've already tried contacting the 3 Credit Bureaus requesting a complete payment history with this account for me to review the exact date on which the late payments and repossession were posted. Unfortunately, there was no successful resolution provided nor feedback heard from the concerned Bureaus. There was definitely an error on their part. There was definitely an error on their part. The bureaus are condoning illegal behavior and willfully in violation of FCRA. PLEASE REMOVE FROM MY REPORT IMMEDIATELY.
