Consumer Complaint: The auto company credit acceptance corporation is showing me 180 to 190 days past due on my auto loan theyre showing XXXX XXXX XXXX all to be 180 days late I have it set up on auto pay from my bank to pay the loan.its due on the XXXX of the month I pay it on the first of the month every month it is not late and its killing my credit report.back in Covid when it was really heavy on my job I was injured so the company said they will not charge late fees and they put the Covid months on the end of my note supposedly so when I got back on my feet and I started making my car payments again I thought I was making for the month I was in apparently Im not there showing it past due XXXX I paid it on the first theyre saying Im late the same for XXXX XXXX Ive been paying two weeks early on my car loan for since XXXX my car payment for XXXX a month I pay XXXX a month I dont know what to do they wont fix the problem on my credit report and every time I asked credit reporting bureaus to dispute this and check it about two days later they say they have reached a decision and it has been updated so I just dont know what to do

Consumer Complaint: I have recently contacted company to get late payments removed from this account. The account is an Ex-boyfriends and due to his pride he did not reach out to me for help when I wouldve been more than happy to help. Credit Acceptance did not reach out either when all my contact information was provided. I reached out to Credit Acceptance on more than one occasion to get a paper mailed to me to ask them to remove it and was never sent that letter. The lady also stated that it should be removed because of the lack of communication on their side.
