Consumer Complaint: I reached out to XXXX XX/XX/22 to have additional personal information remove from my report the rep I spoke to confirmed the info i request to have thats correct to stay on my report. She verified it would take 24 hours to be removed. I called XXXX again today XX/XX/22 to inform them I still have info that was verified to be taken off its still on my report. They advised the name is linked to an open accounts. It is listed as also known as. I informed XXXX I do not go by an alias name nor did I ever go by another name previously. The accounts they are speaking of has collection on it. It can not be in collection and open at the same time. The address XXXX refuse to remove I never live there and I told them I never live there before. They said that that address is linked to an open account and I advised them that open account was on my report years ago and this address is just populated on my account. I advised them that I have the paperwork with the address that should be on my report from that company available to send to them but they said that may not help and I have to reach out to the company. I explained to XXXX that I spoke to the company and they sent me information to address thats on the account and it is not the XXXX address thats reporting on my consumer report. I informed XXXX three times that they are violating my consumer right 15 USC 1681B and they did not seem to care because they say they are following their policy and I explained to XXXX that federal law Supersedes their policy.

I noticed that the contract that I had for a vehicle that was financed by them, were missing some disclosures and I was not made aware of the appropriate information as required by Federal Law. Credit Acceptance sent back a receipt acknowledging that they have received it, but never responded. They are violating my rights as a consumer to validate an alleged debt pursuant to 15 USC 1692g.

They only removed it from my XXXX and it was agreed to be removed from XXXX and XXXX as well years ago. This has caused my credit to go to XXXX! I never had a car, they dont even know where the car is and I never got this loan.
