The creditor failed to contact me prior to reporting such derogatory information to the credit bureaus. As such, it failed to follow the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Please delete the item from the credit report.

Claimant has asked for and demanded Validation of Debt pursuant to 15 USC 1692g - MANY TIMES CLAIMANT HAS NEVER RECIEVED TRUE VALIDATION. Claimant has sent sworn testimony in the form of Affidavit of Truth and FTC Identity theft complaint under Title 18 USC 1028a ALL HAVE BEEN IGNORED ILLEGALLY Claimant has demanded an audit trail in accordance with 12 USC 5562 ( c ) ( 10 ) in order to verify what occurred with this account. AGAIN IGNORED. Never received. Claimant has demanded a statement under penalty of perjury that this bank in fact loaned Claimant any money. NEVER RECIEVED. Claimant is aware that this company is in violation of TILA regulations, FDCPA regulations, FCRA regulations and more. Claimant also has noticed this company just settled out of a major court case in XXXX for their deceptive and illegal practices. On XX/XX/2022 Claimant mailed via certified mail number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX a 'NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUE ' to the company as their FINAL notice. If they do not remove the information from all consumer reporting agencies and delete the fraudulent account immediately we will be handling this in court. Consumer Complaint: Credit Acceptance closed my account On XXXX, we reported the account as paid in full ( voluntary surrender ), and the closed date of XX/XX/XXXX. The closed date that the company is reporting to the bureaus is re-aging the account because the original delinquency date was in XXXX. I appreciate Credit Acceptance for closed the account but they should not be re-aging the account because I made no payment to them. They agreed to close the account not no re-age it.

Then reported it to the credit agency as a {$0.00} balance then reported a {$3400.00} balance and now reporting a {$9900.00} balance. When trying to get the car back I was given the incorrect information about where the vehicle was located. I was given your information from XXXX Yesterday after fight with them all this time!

Consumer Complaint: Purchased a car XX/XX/XXXX and credit acceptance corp was my finance company. Same purchased car caught fire XX/XX/XXXX. Went to the dealer I purchased from when the engine first started knocking and was sent down the street to another dealer that honors my extended warranty but to no avail issue was not fixed and by the next morning while driving the car back to the dealer it caught fire and almost killed my daughter and I had I not pulled over and exited the car when it started to smoke. After calling the dealer and telling them what happened I was told Im sorry to hear that but your own your own. Extended warranty told me they dont cover fire. I was sue by credit acceptance XXXX with no recollection since the court notice was placed on my door I used to live at but that is acceptable as being served in Maryland so of course they won the lawsuit. My wages have been being garnished since XX/XX/XXXX up until I lost my job XX/XX/XXXX and since the entire time the loan is still on my credit report as open and 180+ days late reported every month!!!

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX my car repossessed and the law office of XXXX, XXXX and XXXX took over the loan. I set up a payment plan of XXXX a month and I have never missed a payment as it is directly withdrawn. In XX/XX/XXXX I called to offer a settlement, they said I owed XXXX, I offered XXXX to settle. I was told that they would get back to me and I didn't hear anything from them. I still remained making payments. Then in XXXX of XXXX I called to make another settlement offer and they told me that I owed XXXX. I asked how that could be when the last time I called I owed less and it was showing my balance go down on the credit apps that I have, XXXX and XXXX XXXX. They told me that those apps don't show the correct information. But that still does not make up for the fact that my balance hasn't gone down and I've been making payments.

Consumer Complaint: They are not trying to repossess yet. On Friday, XX/XX/XXXX the vehicle broke down on the side of a major highway. I was forced to pay {$250.00} in towing fees and another {$100.00} for a mechanic. This put me at not having enough money to pay my car note. Credit Acceptance Corp XXXX XXXX, MI who is my finance company was immediately called on Friday to tell them what happened and the situation. I told them I had to get ahold of my father-in-law to see about getting help and that as soon as I was assured that I would have help that I would get in touch with them by Friday, XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX week! Since that phone call they called me twice on XX/XX/XXXX, twice on XX/XX/XXXX, 3 times XX/XX/XXXX, and so far this morning, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX ; XXXX they have called me 4 times and texted me. This is pure harrassment! Please help!
