You cant maintain maximum accuracy with incorrect items still being used therefore i am demanding this information to be removed from my credit profile immediately

Consumer Complaint: Watch XXXX of XXXX me and my dad went into XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX in XXXX Kansas I have been speaking with XXXX XXXX XXXX for a period of a several weeks and they advised me that since I was a new buyer or they wouldn't be anything down so I explained to them that I didn't have my social I mean my birth certificate that I had to take the driver 's test and they told me oh that'd be fine so I went in and explained to them that I had a freeze on my account through XXXX XXXX XXXX and equal facts and they said oh that's no problem and they told my dad that he will be the cosigner of the car come to find out they put my dad down as the owner of the car my dad his credit score wasn't even sufficient enough to even be given the loan neither was mine due to me having a credit freeze through these three credit bureaus my dad 's income is only {$800.00} a month he's on XXXX he's worked all his life and he wasn't even aware that he would be the owner of the car because they didn't tell him that and so the first day after the purchase of the car I realized that the information on the application was fraudulento and that we did not know this knowing of any of the information that they had put down they the guy XXXX I try to take the car back the first day because of the transmission was slipping jerking and he told me that I couldn't do it and I just went through the paperwork couple days after he told me I couldn't which the 372 hours had expired he said I couldn't bring it back so I reached out to the DA in XXXX Kansas and they have filed a complaint with the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX Kansas and I am feeling another formal complaint with you guys I'm attaching information if you look at their reviews they have bad reviews of selling people cars and they're transmissions are going out like this one did they charge me almost {$40000.00} for a car that's only worth XXXX I had a credit freeze on my account and my credit was not accepted through XXXX to XXXX different credit agencies because of this credit freeze so I am following this complaint because they have fraudulently signed and agreed and accepted me and my dad 's signature knowing that the our credit scores was not accepted through several different major credit bureaus I have video of them of me asking to bring the car back within 72 hours the guy XXXX XXXX so the car and he told me I couldn't bring it back because that wasn't part of the policy or the agreement so the car stayed in the shop from XX/XX/XXXX XXXX maybe XXXX up until XX/XX/XXXX they supposedly put another transmission in it well the gas accelerated and ran me into a tree causing injury to me so I have insurance claim I need to take the car in to get that part fixed but yeah the car has major issues with it and I would like to speak with someone about seeking damages mental emotional and physical damages from XXXX XXXX XXXX and credit acceptance
